Gameloft published the patch notes detailing the massive Enchanted Adventure update for Disney Dreamlight Valley. The latest version of the popular life-sim-meets-adventure-game hybrid introduces a wide variety of new features and improvements, arriving mere weeks after Disney Dreamlight Valley was last treated to an update.

September 6 marked the first anniversary of Disney Dreamlight Valley reaching early access, with its official release being planned for late 2023. And though the preview version of the life sim retails at $29.99, the finished (base) game will be free to play. Before that business model shift allows Disney Dreamlight Valley to truly hit its stride, Gameloft is still planning to expand the title with quite a bit of additional content.

Its latest attempt at doing so comes in the form of Enchanted Adventure, another massive Disney Dreamlight Valley update that introduces a whole new Realm themed after Beauty and the Beast. As tends to be the case with all map additions to the game, this latest environment is filled with activities and secrets to uncover. Enchanted Adventure also adds Belle and Beast to the ever-growing list of Disney Dreamlight Valley characters. That duo can now be befriended and stationed throughout the game's world in a manner not too dissimilar to how villagers work in the Animal Crossing series.

The newest update also refreshes the Premium Shop selection, which now includes Ursula's Transformation Dream Bundle. This particular addition shouldn't surprise the most avid fans, as Gameloft itself accidentally leaked the latest Disney Dreamlight Valley Dream Bundle back in August. The newly introduced package contains exclusive furniture, outfits, accessories, and quests, as well as another look for Ursula that essentially transforms her into her human form.

In terms of free-for-all content, the Enchanted Adventure update packs an entirely new quest line dedicated to helping The Forgotten settle across the game's titular valley. New weekly DreamSnaps challenges are also part of the package, serving as a super early prelude to Halloween. That's not the only aspect of the update dedicated to Allhallows Eve, with the latest Disney Dreamlight Valley patch also introducing yet another themed Star Path called Haunted Holiday. As per usual, this content drop includes new furniture, costumes, and decorations, all of which are intended to help the players prepare for this year's Halloween.

The Disney Dreamlight Valley Enchanted Adventure update is available to download on all platforms as of September 13. This is likely to be one of the final early access patches for the popular life sim, which is already set to receive a special retail Cozy Edition come October 27. However, Gameloft has yet to reveal whether that date will coincide with the release of the free-to-play version of the game.
