Every recipe in Disney Dreamlight Valley has a star rating that shows not only how rare it is but how many ingredients are required to make it. As players progress through the game, they may be asked to cook or sell five-star meals, but this can be very challenging to accomplish if players aren't far enough in the game to have all the resources unlocked. Even players with access to everything may be looking for some easy-to-make five-star meals to satisfy these Dreamlight Duties.

Aside from completing Dreamlight Duties, five-star meals also tend to sell well and have great energy restoration. Disney Dreamlight Valley players don't need to wait until they have every ingredient to cook these, as many recipes require five ingredients that are easy to forage, plant, or purchase.

Disney Dreamlight Valley - Five Star Meal Uses

Another interesting use for five-star meals is befriending companions. Specifically, ravens in the Forgotten Lands love all five-star meals, making these the best way to quickly befriend them. Five-star meals are also frequently needed to complete certain Star Path Duties and can even be used as decoration if players are so inclined. Finally, five-star meals will satisfy every Dreamlight Duty that requires players to make a certain star rarity meal or better.

Large Seafood Platter

For players that don't have access to Remy's restaurant yet, one of the easiest five-star meals to make is the Large Seafood Platter. It requires the following ingredients:

  • Any Seafood x4: Clams, Scallops, and Oysters can all be foraged from the shore of Dazzle Beach. Crabs, Squids, Shrimp, Lobster, and Squid also count as seafood. Players can even use four Clams or any other ingredient.
  • Lemon: Lemon can be found on Lemon trees in the Forest of Valor or Glade of Trust.

Players will need access to Dazzle Beach and either the Forest of Valor or the Glade of Trust for this recipe.

Aurora's Cake

The rest of these meals require access to Remy's Restaurant to buy ingredients but are arguably easier to make than the Large Seafood Platter. The recipe for Aurora's Cake, for example, requires the following ingredients:

  • Wheat: Wheat is available from Goofy's stall in the Peaceful Meadow.
  • Milk: Milk is purchased from Remy's restaurant.
  • Any Fruit: Apples, Raspberries, Blueberries, or anything that grows on a bush or tree counts as a fruit.
  • Egg: Egg is purchased from Remy's restaurant.
  • Sugarcane: Sugarcane is available from Goofy's stall on Dazzle Beach.

Players will need access to Chez Remy and Dazzle Beach for this recipe.

Pastry Cream and Fruits

Pastry Cream and Fruits is so easy to make because many of its ingredients are flexible. In order to make this recipe, players need to gather the following ingredients:

  • Any Fruit x3: The easiest fruit to use for this are Apples and Raspberries, but anything will work. Once again, players can also use three of the same fruit.
  • Milk: Purchased from Chez Remy.
  • Sugarcane: Sold at Goofy's stall on Dazzle Beach.

Players will need access to Chez Remy and Dazzle Beach for this recipe.

Vegetarian Pizza

Stepping away from the deserts, Vegetarian Pizza is also relatively easy to make early in the game. It requires a bit of work planting tomatoes, but that can be done early on and shouldn't cause players much trouble. The following ingredients are required:

  • Any Vegetable x2: Vegetables include Lettuce, Carrots, and almost everything the player can plant in the ground. Players can even use more Tomatoes to satisfy this requirement.
  • Tomato: Sold at Goofy's stall on Dazzle Beach.
  • Cheese: Purchased from Chez Remy.
  • Wheat: Sold at Goofy's stall in the Peaceful Meadow.

Players will need access to Chez Remy and Dazzle Beach for this recipe.

Other Five Star Recipes

There are plenty of other five-star recipes that players can make in Dreamlight Valley, but these are some of the easier ones that aren't very ingredient intensive. If players aren't worried about ingredients, Arendellian Pickled Herring is a great one because it is first in the recipe list, thanks to being an appetizer that starts with the letter 'A.' Hopefully, players are able to make five-star recipes with ease using these recipes.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is in early access now on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
