Once again, Gaston is incredibly lonely and has too much time on his hands in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Upon reaching a certain Friendship level with the Beauty and the Beast character, players need to spend a day in 'Gastonia', also known as The Plains, and act like Gaston.
Unlike Rapunzel, there’s no need to unlock many Biomes for the No One Heroes Like Gaston Friendship Quest to trigger. Just keep hanging out with him and give him gifts, including the three favorite items of the day to increase Gaston’s Friendship, and it should be enough.
Disney Dreamlight Valley: How To Get Tropical Wood
Tropical Wood may arguably be one of the hardest materials to obtain in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
How To Trigger No One Heroes Like Gaston Quest In Disney Dreamlight Valley
To trigger No One Heroes Like Gaston Friendship Quest, make sure Gaston is Friendship level seven, and players also need to have Maui available. The Demigod plays a role in Gaston’s Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley as the latter wishes to challenge Maui in a battle of strength.
Upon triggering the Quest, speak with Gaston who wishes to teach players the art of acting like him while spending a day in Gastonia. The first step is getting dressed in the appropriate attire:
- Red Top.
- Black Pants.
- Brown Shoes.
- Any Gloves.
If Dreamers are missing any of the required articles of clothing, head to Scrooge McDuck’s store and buy:
- Red Polo Shirt for 900 Star Coins.
- Black Pants for 390 Star Coins.
- Brown Lace-Up Boots for 300 Star Coins.
Now that the clothes are up to Gaston’s standards, he says players need to have a dangerous breakfast which includes raw Eggs and Piranha. When Dreamers refuse, the Beauty and the Beast character suggests a simple Shake instead. Collect the following materials for Gaston’s dangerous breakfast:
- Piles of Cobra Eggs from the Glittering Dunes x5: Walk around The Plains to find them.
- Piranha x2: Fish the orange/red ripples in The Lagoon Biome.
As for the Shake, any Dairy and Oil ingredient in Disney Dreamlight Valley will do the trick, which includes Eggs, Milk, Soya, Canola, and Butter, as well as all the Easter Eggs. Hand over the dangerous breakfast to Gaston and eat the three workout Shakes. After the hearty meal, Gaston sends players to gather materials to build a gym.
Where To Find Materials For Gaston Gym In Disney Dreamlight Valley
The required materials for the gym are easily obtained from both Dreamlight Valley and Eternity Isle:
- Coconut x20: Complete Burying the Eel Friendship Quest for Maui to have Coconut Trees growing on Dazzle Beach. Since 20 are required, desperate players can head to Moana’s Realm and collect more Coconut instead of waiting 30 minutes for the ingredient to grow back.
- Brass Ingot x2: Head to the Crafting table and combine Copper x6, Quartz x3, and Coal Ore x2 to get two Brass Ingot.
- Tropical Wood x30: Found on the ground in The Grasslands.
- Stone x30: Mine rock spots to get Stone or buy from Kristoff’s Stall if available.
- Fiber x20: At the Crafting Table, use four Seaweeds to make 20 Fibers.
Once all the materials are gathered, use the Crafting Bench to create Gaston’s Coconut Gym and head to Scrooge’s Store to buy a Queen of the Sea Mirror for 6,400 Star Coins. Place the items near the docks where players first arrived in Ancient’s Landing and invite Maui to the Gym.
After Maui arrives, the Demigod speaks with Gaston and tells him he doesn’t require a gym to keep his muscles, which saddens Gaston. When Maui leaves, speak with Gaston and work out with him to lift his spirits. Once the workout is done, take three pictures and show them to the following characters:
- Scrooge McDuck
- Rapunzel
- Maui
Return to Gaston after showing off the pictures and speak with him to complete the No One Heroes Like Gaston Quest.
