Although Shish Taouk was released alongside A Rift in Time DLC in Disney Dreamlight Valley, the dish is one of the easiest ones to make thanks to its ingredients. How To Make Shish Taouk In Disney Dreamlight Valley
Similar to all the 5-Star recipes in Disney Dreamlight Valley, Shish Taouk also calls out for five ingredients. To make Shish Taouk in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you need to collect:
- Poultry
- Rice
- Lemon
- Garlic
- Oregano
Poultry
Poultry is obtained from Gaston’s Protein Stall which is found in The Wastes Biome of the Glittering Dunes area. It costs 500 Star Coins to buy Poultry in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
It’s impossible to access The Wastes without unlocking The Plains, which is done by completing the Sands in the Hourglass Quest and paying 2,000 Mists to fix the bridge. Once the previous step is complete, collect 4,000 Mists to open The Plains. As for Gaston, you unlock him by doing the Diamond in the Rough Quest, then completing the Center of Attention Friendship Quest (level 2) to unlock his Stall.
Rice
In the Dreamlight Valley, you unlock the Glade of Trust by saving 5,000 Dreamlights and then help Goofy open up his Stall by paying 2,000 Star Coins. There’s no need to upgrade his Stall further, as the initial upgrade unlocks Rice Seeds which cost 92 Star Coins per bag.
Lemon
There are two places you can visit to get some Lemons and each one costs a certain amount of Dreamlights; the Forest of Valor and the Glade of Trust, with the first costing 3,000 Dreamlights while the second one costs 5,000 Dreamlights. To get Lemons from both Biomes in Disney Dreamlight Valley, simply search for some Lemon Trees and harvest them. Additionally, Goofy’s Stall might have some Lemons for sale as it depends on players’ luck.
Garlic
Garlic can only be obtained in one Biome, which is the Forest of Valor. Players will find Garlic in the form of a small green plant sticking out of the ground which can be harvested. There’s also an unusual way to collect some Garlic, and that is feeding Raccoons their liked food in Disney Dreamlight Valley. However, it’s not guaranteed, since the Critter might drop something else.
Oregano
Oregano is arguably one of the easiest ingredients to obtain in Disney Dreamlight Valley since it’s found in The Plaza. There’s no Goofy’s Stall or gardening skills required as you can simply pluck it from the ground and use it in recipes.
