Triggering I’ve Got A Dreamlight Quest requires reaching Friendship Level four with Rapunzel and unlocking Gaston. Biome-wise, Dreamers need to have The Lagoon open as a vital Disney Dreamlight Valley ingredient is obtained from the Biome.
Once Rapunzel is at level four, speak with her to start the Quest. The Tangled character tells players how happy she is that her dream finally came true and wishes to do the same with a couple of Dreamlight Valley villagers, starting with Remy.
