Disney Dreamlight Valley’s first expansion, A Rift in Time, transports Dreamers to Eternity Isle, a new world filled with new ingredients, resources, and critters exclusive to the expansion. In addition to the ingredients and materials, players can also find new seeds at Goofy’s Stalls on the isle.

Lo-Fries Recipe
As Lo-Fries is a three-star recipe, it needs three ingredients to be prepared:
- 1x Canola
- 1x Yam
- 1x Flute Root
Collecting the Required Ingredients
Canola is a dairy ingredient that you can find in both the valley and Eternity Isle. If you are in the valley, you can purchase it from Goofy's shop in Forest of Valor. It costs 164 Star Coins. Canola is also available in the form of seeds, with each seed costing 25 Star Coins. After planting, water canola seeds three times and harvest the plant after 35 minutes. In Eternity Isle, you can purchase canola from Goofy’s Stall in The Docks.
While you are in the isle, you can also get your hands on yam. Just like canola, yam seeds are available at Goofy's Stall at The Docks. Yam seeds are very affordable, as each seed only costs 15 Star Coins. Once you have planted and watered the seeds, wait for 15 minutes and harvest yams.
Flute Root is the last ingredient on the list, and you can get it from Glittering Dunes. Head to this biome and go to Goofy's Stall in The Plains area. If the desired ingredient is not initially available, you’ll have to upgrade the stall. One flute root seed costs 70 Star Coins. Growing Flute Roots is a pretty time-consuming process, as they have a growth period of one hour and fifteen minutes. Each harvest will give you two Flute Roots.
With all the collected ingredients, visit a nearby cooking station and add the ingredients to the pot. Lo-Fries can replenish 387 energy, providing a useful boost when needed. While it may not be a big amount, it’s a convenient option to quickly refill your energy bar. You can also sell this meal for 358 Star Coins.
