Collect almonds from almond trees growing in Wild Tangle. They can be found in The Grasslands, The Grove, The Lagoon, and The Promenade. Get to any of these locations and start looking for trees with bushy green leaves loaded with green pods- those are almond trees. Eggs can be collected from Chez Remy. Just head to Remy's kitchen and get an egg for 220 Star Coins.
The last ingredient, Vanilla, is not available at Chez Remy or Goofy's Stall. To obtain Vanilla for your Vanilla Macarons, head to the Sunlit Plateau biome. However, if you have never visited this biome, you'll encounter Giant Night Thorns blocking the way. If so, spend 7,000 Dreamlight to clear the path.
