How To Complete Protecting The Camp In Disney Dreamlight Valley
The Protecting the Camp quest starts automatically when you hear the conversation between Mushu and Mulan after starting the Clearing the Road quest.
Remove Debris
Exit the camp and talk to Mulan, who is upset about the mess caused by the landslide. She will ask for your help to clear the road and river of debris. To do this, you will need to:
- Remove the Sand Piles (x 8)
- Remove the Rocks (x 8)
- Gather the Broken Logs (x 10)
Look for eight Sand Piles outside the camp area and remove them using the shovel. They can be pretty easy to miss because they blend in with the ground’s brown color.
Now, find eight rocks and smash them with the help of your Royal Pickaxe. On top of this, you will need to collect 10 Broken Logs from the ground and water bodies using your fishing rod. After that, you can return to Mulan.
Plant And Water Tree Seeds
In the second part of the quest, Mulan will give you tree seeds to help reduce landslide damage. Here's what to do with them:
- Plant Mulan’s Tree Seeds (x10)
- Water the Tree Seeds (x10).
Search for 10 patches of soil and put seeds in them. Once done, it’s time to water them using your Watering Can.
Craft Sandbags
To protect the camp from floods, you have to craft Sandbags. Here’s a list of items you need to do so:
- 15 x Fiber
- 40 x Brown Sand.
Players should already have both these materials in their inventory, so just go to the Crafting Station in the camp and make 20 Sandbags. After that, return to Mulan and follow her to place them inside the camp. Next, talk to Mulan again and tell her about the Dreamlight Valley. She will agree to visit the valley, but you’ll have to complete your tasks in the Clearing the Road quest first.
Build A House For Mulan And Mushu
Lastly, you need to give Mulan a home in Dreamlight Valley. For that, place it by going into the Furniture mode and pay Scrooge McDuck 20,000 Star Coins. Once this is done, players can welcome Mulan to the valley and snap some selfies with her.
