Completing characters’ Friendship Quests is very rewarding, especially the final one in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Although each character gives nine gifts freely once they reach the appropriate level, the final gift is always locked behind a Quest, and Rapunzel is no different.
It’s a known fact that Rapunzel is talented at art and during the Home is Where the Art is Friendship Quest, she decides to put her talents to good use by helping everyone in the village learn to paint. Players only need to help her collect a couple of ingredients, and then participate in her class for the final reward.

How To Trigger Home Is Where The Art Is Quest In Disney Dreamlight Valley
The most essential step in triggering Home is Where the Art is Friendship Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley is having Rapunzel Friendship level 10, which is the max level. As for other steps, if by any chance Dreamers haven’t completed Your Eternal Reward Story Quest yet, then they need to unlock The Borderlands Biome.
Start the Quest by talking with Rapunzel, who exclaims how happy she is living in the valley and would like to do something fun with the villagers. So, the Tangled character decides to do an art class for those who wish to learn how to paint. The protagonist supports Rapunzel by placing Rapunzel’s Art Class Banner in a popular spot on Eternity Isle. Additionally, it’s crucial to collect some missing materials, so Rapunzel can mix some paint for the upcoming class.
How To Gather Paint Materials For Rapunzel In Disney Dreamlight Valley
Make sure The Borderlands Biome in Disney Dreamlight Valley is available as one of the materials is only found there. The required paint materials are:
- Bumblestone x4: Mine rock spots in The Borderlands
- Green Glass-Like Flowers x6: Found in the Glittering Dunes
- Red Luminescent Flowers x6: Found in The Overlook and The Ruins Biomes in Ancient’s Landing
- Pink Cactus Flowers x6: Found in The Plains and The Oasis Biomes in Glittering Dunes
- Amber x10: Dig the ground using the Shovel tool in the Wild Tangle
- Cosmic Figs x8: Purchase Cosmic Figs seeds from the Goofy’s Stall in The Docks Biome and plant them
Once all the materials are acquired, head over to Rapunzel’s tower to start the painting class.
After the Tangled character gives an introduction, she encourages the class to paint whatever makes them happy and close to their dreams. While Rapunzel is busy mixing more paint, speak with Simba, Mirabel, and EVE to see how far they are in the painting.
There might be a glitch where EVE is invisible, but players can still talk to the white robot to continue the Quest.
Once the painting class is over, head to your Home with Rapunzel, where she gives you motifs as a gift to create a painting. With the Touch of Magic Tool, design a Basic Canvas and make sure to use the three gifted motifs. Hang the painting on the wall and speak with Rapunzel one last time to complete her final Friendship Quest.
