Among the many mechanics introduced in Disney Dreamlight Valley, food preparation is by far the most essential as it restores Energy. It allows players to complete various tasks like gardening, mining, and fishing. Therefore, collecting some recipes is a must to prepare various meals.

There are currently eight biomes in Disney Dreamlight Valley and each one yields certain types of ingredients. Some of them are found in the wild while others are bought from Goofy’s Stall.
