All kinds of recipes have been added to Disney Dreamlight Valley. The game has various biomes with all kinds of weather and players need cooking recipes that pair well with the climate that surrounds them. For example, a steaming hot Potato Leek Soup may sound ideal when taking a stroll through Frosted Heights, but it might not go down so well when visiting Dazzle Beach.

The Banana Split in Disney Dreamlight Valley appears to be just as delicious as those in real life. Although there's a five-ingredient maximum for recipes in the game, the dish's final presentation looks exactly like it should: tons of ice cream, bananas, chocolate, whipped cream, and a cherry on top.

Unfortunately, it would take way more than five ingredients to be faithful to the original recipe, but the game's magic makes it work. To make Banana Split in Disney Dreamlight Valley, players need bananas, milk, sugarcane, slush ice, and something sweet. Putting these ingredients together will result in a five-star Banana Split that restores a total of 2,074 energy.

Gathering five ingredients can take a while, and some of them can be particularly tricky to unlock, namely slush ice. To unlock slush ice in Disney Dreamlight Valley, players need to reach friendship level 10 with Remy and then complete The Unknown Flavor quest - this is Remy's last friendship quest at the moment, so reaching this point in the game may take a while. After completing the quest, slush ice will be available at Remy's restaurant for 150 Star Coins. Milk can also only be obtained at Chez Remy, but it's a bit pricey; it costs 230 Star Coins.

Bananas are a free ingredient in the game; they can be harvested from trees at Dazzle Beach and on the southern part of Peaceful Meadow.

Sugarcane can be purchased at Goofy's Stall at Dazzle beach, as well as its seeds. Its seeds cost 5 Star Coins and take seven minutes to grow, but it can also be purchased fully-grown for 29 Star Coins.

Lastly, the recipe requires the player to gather something sweet to add to it. There are three choices here; the player can either get additional sugarcane, vanilla, or cocoa beans. Vanilla can be foraged at Sunlit Plateau, and cocoa beans can be harvested from its plant at Sunlit Plateau or Glade of Trust; the player can use whichever ingredient they prefer out of these three.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available now on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
