After completing the first act of Disney Dreamlight Valley’s main story, the village welcomes a newly redeemed character, the Forgotten. This once-villainous figure is adjusting to a new life among the villagers, but still calls the Dark Castle home for now.
However, eager to forge connections and rectify past wrongs, the Forgotten embarks on a quest of goodwill, and the player has a pivotal role in their mission. Here’s how the player can help the Forgotten in the quest “Acts of Care” in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
How to Start "Acts of Care"
The "Acts of Care" quest becomes available after completing the initial quest with the Forgotten, which is "The Magic in Everything." The quest will automatically start, and the player is instructed to visit the Forgotten. This character is found inside the Dark Castle, which can be accessed via a portal in the Plaza, near the wishing well.
How to Complete "Acts of Care"
When players speak with the Forgotten, it's revealed that they are in high spirits due to the outcomes of the preceding quest. Eager to spread this joy to Dreamlight Valley's residents, the Forgotten hatches a plan. Recalling past not-so-pleasant times they've caused for Mickey, Minnie, and Goofy during the quest "Forgotten Memories: Friendship," the Forgotten decides it's time to right their previous wrongs and enlists the player's help.
Collect Flowers for Mickey
The Forgotten’s first request is for assistance in collecting flowers for Mickey to gift to Minnie. They would also like to make Bouillabaisse for Goofy. For the first task, the player needs to collect the following flowers:

Once the player has collected the necessary flowers, bring them to the Forgotten. The Forgotten is surprised that the player is handing over the flowers, but the player explains that they think the Forgotten should be the ones to give the flowers to Mickey.
The quest is currently bugged in that the Forgotten may simply return to the Dark Castle instead of heading to Mickey Mouse’s location. If this happens, speak with Mickey and have him accompany the player as a companion. Then head to the Dark Castle with Mickey at their side.
Enter the Dark Castle. If the Forgotten is on the lower level, she will approach Mickey and the conversation will begin. If the Forgotten is not at the castle entrance, exit and re-enter the castle until the Forgotten is on the lowest level and can reach Mickey Mouse.
After a brief conversation, Mickey thanks the Forgotten for the flowers and the Forgotten shares how exciting the exchange was. The Forgotten wants to do something nice for everyone in the Village, but the player suggests they stick to the original plan.
Catch and Harvest Ingredients for Bouillabaisse
The Forgotten wants to use only the freshest ingredients for this meal, so the player will have to harvest and catch the ingredients to meet the objectives, and cannot use materials which they have stored. The player needs to obtain:

Once these ingredients have been obtained, the player will need to harvest any one other vegetable and catch two more Seafood, which can be either Lobster or Shrimp.
Wheat grows quickly but isn't a vegetable , so it won't count for this quest. Instead, plant and harvest Lettuce Seeds or any other vegetable.
Once ingredients are secured, go to a cooking station to make Bouillabaisse. Though the previous step in the quest asks specifically for the player to catch seafood, Scallops or Clams can also be used in the dish.
Upon serving the fresh Bouillabaisse to Goofy, he thanks the player and invites them and the Forgotten for cake. Following a brief scene change, Goofy shows gratitude for the good times. Finally, players return to the Forgotten to collect a reward of 2,000 Star Coins.
