Making a pie in Disney Dreamlight Valley is simple, they're made by adding butter and wheat to a fruit or a berry. The fruit or the berry will determine the type of pie. Red Fruit Pie has a particularity in its cooking recipe that makes it quite odd. There are various types of pies in Disney Dreamlight Valley and there aren't that many different red berries or fruits.

Red Fruit Pie is made with Raspberry, Butter, and Wheat. There is no other way of making this recipe for now. Although in the cookbook recipe Raspberry appears as a versatile ingredient, that it could be substituted by another fruit or berry, that's not the case. However, the game is still in early access and other red fruits might be added, making it possible to bake this pie with another ingredient.

How To Gather The Ingredients For Red Fruit Pie

The ingredients are the most important part of a recipe, of course. They turn it into what it is, and if they were to be replaced with something else, then something completely different would come out. For example, if the player were to use Apples instead of Raspberries, then it'd become an Apple Pie instead of a Red Fruit Pie. So it's crucial to get them right.

Raspberries can be harvested in the Plaza and in Peaceful Meadow;bringing a companion specialized in foraging is a great idea since they'll get even more Raspberries as the player picks them. Butter is available in Remy's Pantry at Chez Remy, it costs 190 Star Coins; it's a bit pricey, unfortunately. And lastly, Wheat and Wheat seeds can be bought at Goofy's Stall in Peaceful Meadow, the first Stall to be unlocked in the game.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available now on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
