Players will encounter Okuwamon at multiple points throughout Digimon Survive's main story, though they won't actually get a chance to befriend one until near the very end of the game. How to Befriend Okuwamon in Digimon Survive
By the time they find themselves in a position to befriend Okuwamon, players should already have a pretty good idea of how to befriend Digimon in Digimon Survive. If for whatever reason they don't though, they should start by selecting the Talk option while in a Free Battle or random encounter and then choosing Okuwamon from the list of foes. They'll then need to respond to three of its questions or statements, with the answers they choose having an impact on the bar above its head. The best Okuwamon responses will fill two segments, with players needing to fill three or more by the end of the conversation for a chance to ask the Digimon to become their friend.

Where to Find Okuwamon in Digimon Survive
Players can encounter Okuwamon in the final two parts of Digimon Survive, both in Free Battles and in random shadow encounters. It usually shows up together with Kuwagamon and GranKuwagamon, though, unlike its fellow Insectoid Digimon, it does not hand over an Enlightenment Slab when asked for an item, nor is there a chance that it will drop one upon its defeat.
