Diablo 4 just revealed a new campaign full of exclusive Twitch drops being made available once the game drops. After the official launch, players can earn free cosmetics just for watching Diablo 4 streamers on Twitch, with a special bonus available to fans who gift subscriptions during the period.
The upcoming sequel to the iconic Blizzard action RPG series is one of this year’s most highly-anticipated releases. With a robust transmog cosmetic system featuring thousands of outfit combinations at launch, Diablo 4 lets players face the forces of Hell in style.
Now, Diablo 4 fans can earn some exclusive cosmetics for their characters via an upcoming Twitch drop campaign. Different items will be available every week for a month, which each one themed after the five playable classes in Diablo 4. Players can get each week's weapon drops after watching any eligible streamer for three hours, and can unlock a class-specific back trophy after claiming the first drop and watching for three more hours. The first campaign begins simultaneous to Diablo 4's official launch at 4 PM PDT on June 5.
Here are the dates and items players can earn from the Diablo 4 Twitch drop campaign:
- From June 5 through June 11, players can get the Azurehand Back-Stabber dagger, Azurehand Heart-Piercer sword, the Matron-Sigil Coffer for Rogues, and the Progenitor Favor back trophy for Necromancers.
- From June 12 through June 18, players can unlock the Azurehand Spell-Slinger wand and Hellrune Tabernackle back trophy for Sorcerers.
- From June 19 through June 25, players can acquire the Azurehand Head-Cleaver axe and the Font of the Mother back trophy for Druids.
- From June 26 through July 2, players can earn the Azurehand Skull-Crusher mace and the Matriarch’s Mantle back trophy for Barbarians.
During this Twitch campaign, players can also get the Primal Instinct mount, a black horse with demonic runes covering it that would be a great addition to any Diablo 4 player's mount collection. To do so, fans must gift two Twitch subscriptions of any tier to an eligible streamer's Twitch channel. Those interested in getting this mount can do so for as little as $10 if they gift Tier 1 subs, and can support their favorite Diablo 4 content creator in the process.
Early access begins on June 2 for players who purchased premium editions of Diablo 4, with the full launch coming four days later. With Twitch drops and crossover events with other Blizzard games in abundance, Diablo 4 fans have plenty of reason to be excited over the next few weeks.
Diablo 4 launches on June 6 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
