Lord Zir can be quite hard to defeat, especially when you first encounter him. His variety of attacks can drain your HP pretty quickly. Although, fortunately, most of his attacks can be dodged:

Blood Seekers – Lord Zir will spawn these enemies between other attacks. You should kill them as quickly as possible, as they will distract you from the boss.
Scythe Attack - The boss will summon a scythe whose attack radius occupies almost the entire map. To avoid damage, you need to stand behind the Lord Zir.
Blood Pools - Occasionally, blood pools will appear on the floor, and will shoot projectiles in different directions. In addition, they slow down and poison players if stepped on. Therefore, it is better to avoid them.
