Called "Shako" because of its base name in Diablo 2, this helmet is one of the most powerful items in the game and one of Diablo 4's ultra-rare drops. Initial reports said that the item had been found by Korean Diablo streamer drlee_kor. The Diablo community had doubts about the authenticity of the image showing the helm, which Wowhead discovered was not from the streamer, but from one of their viewers. On Twitter, global community director Adam Fletcher confirmed that the Harlequin Crest does indeed exist in Diablo 4.

The Harlequin Crest is an extremely powerful Unique Helm for any endgame build in Diablo 4, mainly because it gives +4 ranks to all skills. While Fletcher has confirmed the existence of the Harlequin Crest in Diablo 4, its location is somewhat of a mystery. Some players say the item dropped in the highest-tier Nightmare dungeon in Diablo 4. Other players say the Harlequin Crest dropped in Champion's Demise in World Tier 4, the hardest World Tier available in Diablo 4.

Diablo 4 arrived with significant acclaim from players and critics alike, who were eagerly awaiting the new entry into Blizzard's franchise. Diablo 4 is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
