Diablo 4 gameplay has been leaked online. The video is fairly long, 36 minutes to be exact, and it reveals more about the game exactly a day before the beta early access opened for those fans who have pre-ordered Diablo 4.

The process of creating Diablo 4 has not been easy. The development of the game saw key members leaving throughout, causing major delays. But beyond a slow road to a finished game, there has been other leaked footage already, as well as some fans doubting the quality of the next Diablo game. The biggest concern appeared after the release of Diablo Immortal, an MMO version of the game series. Players started to worry about whether Diablo 4 will include pay-to-win tactics because fans reported their struggle with Diablo Immortal and the need to sink large sums into the game in order to stay in a competitive shape. Asmongold, being a loyal fan of Diablo, mentioned these same worries when it comes to Diablo 4, on top of criticizing the in-game benefits the Deluxe Edition will mean to those who purchase it.

The leaked video that first surfaced on Reddit shows some gameplay and a lot of the user interface. The video itself is low quality, and it's also obvious the leak comes from an earlier stage of Diablo 4's development as some areas are shown as either partially or completely unfinished. Not to mention the boss fight's marker, which says "close beta final boss." Compared to previous iterations of the game, the interface itself seems a little simplified, giving less of the gothic feel by removing the gargoyles and angels players have been used to. Based on the armor set, the combat style, and what is shown of the skill tree, it can be speculated that the player character in the leaked footage is a barbarian.

It's also worth noting if anyone wishes to watch the video, it has very loud music playing throughout the entirety of it. So it's recommended to turn the volume down to a minimum before clicking into it. This video comes a day before the release of Diablo 4's beta early access, and it's up for debate whether it makes the situation worse or better. Those who pre-ordered the game are likely very excited to finally get their first glimpse of the gameplay first-hand.

It's unlikely at this point the leaked footage could cause any further damage to Diablo 4. From the moment the beta early access opens, the game will speak for itself.

Diablo 4 releases June 6 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
