The upcoming Battle Pass cosmetics in Diablo 4 will not be restricted to a single class, but will instead accommodate every possible body type. Though Diablo 4 players have balked at microtransaction prices, the base game outfits have allowed them to realize a wide variety of character concepts. As opposed to paying $28 for a suit of armor, the Battle Pass cosmetics in Diablo 4 will be obtainable by spending $10 on a premium Battle Pass reward track, and slowly working their way through the levels over the course of three months.The Battle Pass in Diablo 4 will also award players Platinum, the game's premium currency, which effectively means that they'll be able to purchase premium armor by patiently saving up over the course of a year. It remains to be seen how much profit Blizzard has earned from microtransactions, but Diablo 4's digital purchases have been breaking several records, as the game enjoys commercial and critical success, even if it remains hampered by a few shortcomings.As a response to a tweet discussing the price of the Battle Pass in Diablo 4, General Manager Rod Fergusson revealed that the cosmetics coming in Diablo 4's first season, as well as any season beyond, would be class-agnostic. This will be a positive departure from Diablo Immortal's system, where the Battle Pass forced players to pick the outfit for one class only.
