Destiny 2 players are well known for creating unique character builds that are inspired by different games, shows, and various elements from the gaming world. This new Titan build is inspired by Kojima Productions' mascot, designed by Yoji Shinkawa, which was introduced in 2015. Back in 2021, the company started the Ludens Design Challenge, which later led to the release of Kojima's Ludens Design Calendar, featuring artwork by all kinds of creators.

The Ludens-inspired Titan build was created by Reddit user BrumKS, who shared the visually stunning design with the Destiny 2 community with images that show the Titan and Ludens the mascot side by side. Obviously, there are certain differences in style and build, as the Titan armor is not as bulky as the spacesuit of Ludens, but the resemblance between the two is really hard to miss. The Titan's armor is mostly white, with black highlights like the Kojima Productions' mascot. The player even shared the full details of the armor set they used to create this stunning Destiny 2 Guardian.

Destiny 2 Fan Shares Detailed Ludens-Inspired Titan Build

The Titan armor set included:

  • First Ascent Helm
  • Dark Age Gauntlets
  • Parade Plate
  • Meyrin's Odyssey
  • Mark of Remembrance

The shaders included Jacarina for the helmet, Precursor Vex Chrome for the gauntlets and the class item, and Rivalry Resolute for the legs and chest armor. Among these items, the First Ascent Helm is part of Destiny 2's The Final Shape expansion pack, which concluded the Witness' story arc.

This Titan build is not the first unique creation that has caught the eye of the community. Recently, another Destiny 2 player created a Pale Heart-Themed Titan, which resembled the color palette of the main location in The Final Shape expansion. This player built their Titan by using shaders like Jacarina, VEIST Poison, and Long Since Lost to reflect the green, silver, and bluish colors of the Pale Heart.

Fan creations even extend beyond character builds. Another player in the community has shared a hand cannon concept for Destiny 2 inspired by flintlock pistols. This concept, like the Titan builds, has also received a warm welcome from the community, which encourages players and artists to create more unique designs. These unique designs keep the Destiny 2 community engaged even when they are not fighting or raiding.
