Destiny 2 players list out some nitpicky issues they have following The Final Shape and many point to a small but annoying trait of Rally Banners, filling everything but the Transcendence meter. In the eyes of many Destiny 2 fans, the last couple of months have been a huge turnaround for the franchise, after a down period due to numerous factors like a dry period of content, low morale at Bungie due to mass layoffs, and more. However, major game updates from the Into The Light event to The Final Shape expansion have really managed to turn things around.

In regards to the latest expansion, most Destiny 2 players agree that The Final Shape is some of Bungie's best work they've ever released. Not only does the expansion bring an end to a decade-long story with some genuine emotionally-driven moments, but even after the campaign comes to an end, there isn't a shortage of things for players to do. Plus, the newly added Prismatic subclass has added a customizable element into Destiny 2 that hasn't seen before, letting players basically mix and match their abilities from all light and darkness subclasses. However, even with all the positivity, there are still some minor things that players would like to see changed.

Some Destiny 2 Players Think an Exotic Ship is Teasing Future Content

One popular theory regarding the future of the Destiny series seems to be reinforced by a sneaky piece of flavor text attached to a ship.

One such change revolves around Rally Banners in Destiny 2, a tool which players can utilize to act as a quasi-save point in a PvE activity, typically available prior to a boss fight or major raid encounter. However, Rally Banners also serve another purpose, as players in the fireteam can interact with them to gain full ammo for all weapons, recharing all abilities, as well as granting a full super meter. Earlier in the game's lifespan, Rally Banners were only consumables, forcing Destiny 2 players to stock up at Suraya Hawthorne, but in recent years, Bungie has tweaked the system to give them away for free in some activities such as campaigns.

What Change Destiny 2 Players Want For Rally Banners

With the introduction of the Prismatic subclass and its Transcendence ability, Destiny 2 players have discovered a frustrating issue. Rallying at a banner fills everything but the Transcendence meter, leading many in the community to ask Bungie to tweak the system so that is also included. In a new topic on the Destiny 2 subReddit, Proudnoob4393 admits it's a petty nitpick, though plenty of other players agree with this request.

One common complaint inside the thread centered around the new Pathfinder system, which ultimately replaced Vanguard bounties. The new system is intended to give players more choice in how they choose to play Destiny 2, but fans seem to be annoyed that everything is combined into one tree instead of individual Crucible, Gambit, and Strike versions. In order to progress through some nodes, players may have to play an activity they don't want to or potentially ruin their activity streak in order to satisfy a requirement in other parts of the game.
