Destiny 2's Season of the Haunted introduced several new weapons and items for players to try out, but one of the most potent tools added with the new Season is Classy Restoration. Classy Restoration is a seasonal mod that allows players to get the Restoration x2 buff whenever they use their Solar class ability, making it an incredibly strong and dependable piece of any build that revolves around surviving in any environment -- including PvP and hard PvE content. In fact, many Destiny 2 players started trying out Solo Flawless runs of their favorite Dungeons because Classy Restoration makes taking damage much more forgiving.

Solar 3.0 classes, and especially Titans, with Classy Restoration on are nearly unkillable. Players can stand in the middle of intense enemy fire without dying for many seconds in a row. Regardless of powerful Classy Restoration ended up being, a Destiny 2 YouTuber and content creator by the name of Esoterickk tried to do without it on a Master Nightfall with no teammates, and the results are outstanding.

Esoterickk shared the video of a no-damage solo Master Nightfall run, where the YouTuber manages to not get hit a single time throughout the entire Arms Dealer Nightfall, shredding enemy Champions and bosses with Gjallarhorn and Solar abilities. Solo runs of hard PvE content are an amazing feat in and of themselves when it comes to Destiny 2, but managing to not get hit a single time while doing that is all the more impressive. Although Arms Dealer is not one of the game's hardest Nightfalls, it does have plenty of enemies that deal AoE damage all the time, as well as several annoying turrets, snipers, and grenades.

These are all elements that can easily hit a player at least once, but Esoterickk's setup and strategy showed that the content creator was not simply going for a solo completion that happened to be a lucky one, but rather they were actively avoiding getting hit. This is shown even further by the fact that Esoterickk's loadout didn't include the typical chest armor mods for damage resistance or Classy Restoration, but rather it focused entirely on Gjallarhorn's ammo and igniting Champions with a mode called Revitalizing Blast. The Destiny 2 community has shared many crazy builds and loadouts to trivialize all sorts of activities, but not taking damage at all is something else.

Esoterickk is also known for their Dark Souls videos, where the YouTuber defeats all bosses in the entire series without ever taking damage. On a similar note, an Elden Ring player cleared the entire game with no damage taken, which further shows that Soulslikes are among the hardest and most rewarding titles to try and attempt something similar with. Still, Destiny 2 is far from being a Soulslike, and it will be interesting to see where players take its challenges next.

Destiny 2 is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
