Ghosts of the Deep has become a fast favorite for many as a dungeon, thanks to its Lucent Hive theme and ad-heavy encounters that put the challenge back into Destiny 2. Players who are completionists and would further like to show their love of the dungeon can now also unlock a new title, Ghoul. This short guide will detail all of the triumphs required for the title, and provide a few early tips and tricks on how some of the harder ones—such as the solo run—can be completed.

How To Get The Ghoul Title – Required Triumphs

Destiny 2 Ghosts Of The Deep Dungeon Title Ghoul

In order to get the Ghoul title in Destiny 2, players must complete all 10 triumphs related to the Ghosts of the Deep dungeon. The triumphs marked with an asterisk are triumphs that increase the drop chance of the Exotic Strand trace rifle, The Navigator.

  • Arise – Complete the Ghosts of the Deep dungeon. Unlocked when players first complete the dungeon on any character.
  • *Alone In The Deep – Complete the Ghosts of the Deep dungeon solo, without leaving the activity. Players cannot return to orbit in between or during encounters when trying to achieve this triumph. Moreover, players cannot have others join their fireteam before the final chest has dropped in the dungeon.
  • The Trinity – Complete the Ghosts of the Deep dungeon with a full fireteam of clan members. Players must belong to the same clan.
  • Shock Risk – Complete the dungeon with a full fireteam of players on Arc subclass. Only encounter completions count, so players can switch to other subclasses during the jumping puzzle sections.
  • Fire Hazard – Complete the dungeon with a full fireteam of players on Solar subclass. Only encounters count (Ritual, Ecthar, and Simmumah ur-Nokru).
  • Abyssal Void – Complete the dungeon with a full fireteam of players on Void subclass. Only encounters count (Ritual, Ecthar, and Simmumah ur-Nokru).
  • One Of A Kind – Complete the dungeon with a full fireteam of players on the same class. Warlock is highly recommended due to Well of Radiance being such a powerful Super.
  • *Sovereign – Complete Ghosts of the Deep dungeon on Master difficulty (1840). Players should make sure to hit the maximum effective light level for the activity, which is 1820.
  • *In MemoriamFind all 12 Memories of darkness scattered throughout the Ghosts of the Deep dungeon.
  • Ghosts of the Deep – Complete the collection for the dungeon on at least one character. This includes the full set of the Taken King armor, all four Legendary weapons, the Regicide emblem, and the Recalcitrant Host Exotic sparrow acquired from completing the dungeon on Master difficulty. The Exotic trace rifle, The Navigator, is not included in the Collection and is therefore not a requirement for completing the Collection.

The hardest one to complete is Alone In The Deep. Ghosts of the Deep is a difficult dungeon to solo, but there are already a few exploits and cheesy methods that players can make use of before they are patched by Bungie. The Hunter class has risen as an early favorite for soloing the dungeon while on Void, with Titan a close second thanks to its Solar Synthoceps build. Warlocks will likely struggle the most in dealing damage to the bosses with Starfire Protocol out of the picture but will have a fair chance of survival thanks to Sunbracers and Well of Radiance.

Destiny 2 is available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
