Yoriichi Tsugikuni

He was very proficient in using this ability even as a young boy, landing four strikes on an experienced swordsmanship instructor in the blink of an eye. When he fought Muzan as an adult, Yoriichi used the Transparent World to perceive Muzan's anatomy and created a new technique to attack all his vital organs at once.

Kokushibo

Unlike his brother Yoriichi, Kokushibo was not born with the innate ability to access the Transparent World. When he first became aware of Yoriichi's unique vision at age seven, the concept was foreign to him. It is unclear when or how Kokushibo eventually awakened his access, but he could do so effortlessly and continuously without negative effects, like his brother.
