Beast Breathing is one of the few styles introduced in Demon Slayer that isn't used by any member of the Hashira. This may make the style seem weaker than it is, but the truth is that this move was implemented mainly to make Inosuke more unique during his battles, a feat that is achieved quite well. Everyone loves this wild card of a character who never fails to ramp up the energy and act as beastly as possible despite being deceptively pretty without his mask.

His Beast Breathing skills have evolved and improved over time, allowing him to tackle the Upper-Rank Kizuki and bring the fight to them with his wild techniques. The best techniques that Beast Breathing users can employ in Demon Slayer can be devastating in the right circumstances, allowing users to absolutely decimate their opponents in style.

1 First Fang: Pierce

Beast Breathing's First Fang - Pierce in Demon Slayer

The Beast Breathing techniques are named in a pretty unique manner, with outright attacks being called Fangs instead of Forms. Such is the case with the First Fang, which is a pretty simple technique.

True to its name, this attack sees both swords being jammed into an enemy's neck. It's a pretty deadly technique as is, but it's the ingenious way that Inosuke builds upon this technique that makes him such a fun character to behold.

2 Second Fang: Slice

While Beast Breathing techniques may seem simple, it's the sheer power behind each named attack that makes them so devastating. The Second Fang: Slice technique is a great example of this.

The user brings down two blades in an X-shaped strike for massive damage. Enemies that get caught by the full weight of this blow won't live too long to tell the tale.

3 Third Fang: Devour

Inosuke's techniques are pretty effective and direct to boot. His techniques are meant to take out demons in the most savage manner possible, and this can be seen in this technique, Third Fang: Devour.

This move also targets the neck with two horizontal slashes from each side and is meant to behead a demon in one fell swoop. It's just another display of how brash Inosuke can be, even if his heart is in the right place.

4 Fourth Fang: Slice 'n' Dice

The Slice 'n Dice is pretty similar to Devour, with both swords being used for a damaging simultaneous blow. The only small difference is that the Fourth Fang involves diagonal slices as opposed to the horizontal ones in the previous move.

It's a great move that gets even more damage with some momentum. Inosuke uses this move pretty effectively against enemies with larger masses or multiple weak points.

5 Fifth Fang: Crazy Cutting

It's important for a demon slayer to have moves that can be carried out when they're airborne as well. Such is the case with Fifth Fang: Crazy Cutting, which allows Inosuke to slash anything and everything in all directions while suspended in the air.

It's a move that shows just how diverse Inosuke's moveset really is, allowing him to cover all bases without any footing to propel this attack. It's evidently clear that Inosuke's attacks are pretty damaging, and this form certainly proves it.

6 Sixth Fang: Palisade Bite

Beast Breathing's Sixth Fang - Palisade Bite in Demon Slayer

Just like Beast Breathing's First Fang, Palisade Bite is an attack aimed at a demon's neck. However, what makes this technique particularly impressive is just how savage it really is.

Not only does Inosuke stab a demon's neck with his swords, but he uses his serrated blades to saw their heads clean off. It's a savage technique that only a user of Beast Breathing could pull off.

7 Seventh Form: Spatial Awareness

Unlike the other Fangs, the seventh form gives Inosuke a much-needed support ability to help him fight demons with ease. Spatial Awareness does exactly what is stated in the name and gives Inosuke a clear mental image of the battlefield and the location of his opponents.

It's clear that Inosuke has honed his skills quite a bit to help him pull this move off. His sense of touch is quite powerful and helps him to spot a demon's weaknesses as well.

8 Eighth Form: Explosive Rush

Another ability that improves Inosuke's attacks immensely is the Explosive Rush. This technique allows the user to rush forward at blinding speeds, helping them catch up to any fleeing enemy while also adding a ton of momentum to their attacks.

Inosuke needed to hone his body to the max to pull this technique off, showing just how much training he got through to become stronger and less of a liability. It's one of the best Beast Breathing techniques in Demon Slayer and has helped Inosuke to deal with plenty of powerful foes over the years.

9 Ninth Fang: Extending Bendy Slash

If there's one thing Inosuke is notorious for, it's being tenacious to a fault. He will cross every boundary and line possible to inflict damage on his opponents, including the act of ravaging his own body.

The Ninth Fang involved Inosuke dislocating his own shoulders to increase the range of his swords and attack from unforeseen angles. It's a wild and unpredictable move that can take even the strongest demon by surprise.

10 Tenth Fang: Whirling Fangs

Beast Breathing's Tenth Fang: Whirling Fangs in Demon Slayer

There are times when a demon slayer needs a defensive technique to avoid taking unnecessary damage. Despite how headstrong and reckless Inosuke may be, even he realized the importance of such a move.

This led to the creation of Beast Breathing's Tenth Fang, where the user moves their blade in a circular motion to deflect oncoming attacks and projectiles. This move mixes both defense and offense, making it a great option in any given situation.

11 Sudden Throwing Strike

Beast Breathing's Sudden Throwing Strike in Demon Slayer

Some of Inosuke's techniques are so obtuse that they don't even have a formal name per se. A great example of this is the Sudden Throwing Strike, a move that should be evidently clear from its name alone.

In a bid to increase the range of his attack, Inosuke can straight up throw his blades at enemies in a last-ditch attempt to hurt them. Suffice it to say, this technique is pretty risky and leaves a demon slayer pretty open to damage if they don't recover their blades in time.
