Players in Dead by Daylight aren't completely helpless against the killers pursuing them. In fact, Jake Park is one of the original four survivors that's built around taking down the killer's main means of killing. With him being available from an early stage, many new players may want to try him out.

Jake Park was the son of a rich family, but due to the pressures of such a life, he dropped out of school and began to live off the grid. While he stayed in occasional contact with his mother, Jake one day disappeared without a trace into the depths of the woods. The police never found him and Jake became a new resident of the Entity's realm.
