Dead by Daylight has recently received a mobile release that has brought numerous new players into the entity's realm. With this influx of new players, there will be plenty of those who aren't sure on the best ways to make it out of the trials alive.

Dwight Fairfield is a true everyman. He was stereotyped as a geek in high school and he bounced from dead-end job to dead-end job after graduation. After being left in the woods as a prank by some co-workers during a team building exercise, Dwight was taken into the entity's realm, never to be seen again. He is one of the original four survivors from Dead by Daylight's initial release.

Dead by Daylight Dwight

Players who want to take more of a leader role during their trials are recommended to play Dwight. His perks are focused on keeping up overall team efficiency and encouraging players to stay together. His initially exclusive perks are Bond, Prove Thyself, and Leader. These perks can begin being taught when Dwight reaches levels 30, 35, and 40 respectably. Since Dwight's perks are dependent on other survivors, he is highly recommended for players that play with friends as communication can help with perk usage. Dwight's perks are also useless if there are no more survivors left, so keeping others alive is also highly recommended.

Bond

Bond is a tracking perk that allows equipped players to see and track other survivors within a certain range. This is useful when finding generators that already have survivors on them or seeing if a survivor is actively being chased by the killer.

  • Level 1 - Reveals allies within 20 meters
  • Level 2 - Reveals allies within 28 meters
  • Level 3 - Reveals allies within 36 meters

Prove Thyself

This perk awards a buff to generator repair speed to all repairing survivors within a range of 4 meters to the equipped player. The initial buff is a 15% repair speed increase, but it can stack up to a maximum of 45%.

  • Level 1 - The equipped player gets 50% more bloodpoints for cooperative actions.
  • Level 2 - The equipped player gets 75% more bloodpoints for cooperative actions.
  • Level 3 - The equipped player gets 100% more bloodpoints for cooperative actions.

Leader

One of Dwight's most popular perks, Leader functions similarly to Prove Thyself, except with other actions and it cannot be stacked. When players are within 8 meters of the equipped player, they will receive a speed boost in healing, hook sabotaging, totem cleansing, exit gate opening, and chest searching that goes on forever as long as they're in the equipped player's range. If a player leaves the range, they will keep the buff for 15 seconds.

  • Level 1 - The listed action speeds are increased by 15%
  • Level 2 - The listed action speeds are increased by 20%
  • Level 3 - The listed action speeds are increased by 25%

Dead By Daylight is available now for mobile devices, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
