For players without access to the plethora of Killers and their perks in Dead by Daylight, there are a select few perks that can come in handy. This build incorporates Surveillance, which allows the Killer to keep track of regressing generators, along with passive slowdown perks like Jolt and Sloppy Butcher to keep Survivors pressured until the Endgame Collapse.

  • Surveillance (The Pig) – Any regressing generator will be highlighted in white. If the generator begins to be worked on, it will be highlighted in yellow for the next 16 seconds. Generator repair noises are made audible by an additional eight meters.
  • Sloppy Butcher (General Killer Perk) – Basic attacks cause the Mangled and Hemorrhage status ailments, slowing down healing by 25% and regressing healing progress when left unfinished.
  • Jolt (General Perk) – Downing a Survivor causes all generators within a 32–meter radius to lose 8% progress.
  • Hex: No One Escapes Death (General Perk) – After the final generator is completed, all survivors suffer from the Exposed status ailment, and users gain a 4% Haste effect until the Hex Totem is cleansed.

Arguably the best build to run with The Pig makes use of The Shape’s Save the Best for Last to cut down chases by up to 40% while slowing generator progress with a mix of Scourge Hook and generator kicking perks.

  • Save The Best for Last (The Shape) – For every basic attack dealt to survivors who aren't the Obsession, gain a 5% decreased attack cooldown, up to a maximum of 40%.
  • Corrupt Intervention (The Plague) – At the start of the trial, the 3 generators furthest from the killer's starting location are blocked for 120 seconds or until the first survivor is downed.
  • Deadlock (The Cenobite) – After a generator is repaired, the generator with the most progress is blocked for 30 seconds.
  • No Way Out (The Trickster) – At the end of the trial when a survivor interacts with an exit gate, users will receive a noise notification, and the exit gates will be blocked for 12 seconds, plus another 12 seconds for each new survivor hooked.
