David Harbour is set to stream his World of Wacraft: Dragonflight dungeon delving on Twitch tomorrow, joined by famous faces from the World of Warcraft community. Known for his role as Jim Hopper in Netflix's critically-acclaimed Stranger Things, David Harbour is apparently an avid fan of Blizzard's flagship title, having played World of Warcraft with such intensity in the past that it almost made him neglect his acting career. The launch of Dragonflight, while not exactly without issues, has seen the return of many players to the game. Though it is too early to say if the new World of Warcraft expansion will be the redemption story it needs after the fumbling of Shadowlands and Battle for Azeroth, the initial impressions have been very strong, with many players citing Dragonriding as one of the best features World of Warcraft has ever implemented, and the writing in the Dragon Isles being a marked improvement.RELATED:Blizzard Responds to World of Warcraft: Dragonflight Performance IssuesWith Dragonflight Season 1 commencing on December 12th, the only content available to players presently are Normal, Heroic, and baseline Mythic Dungeons – and according to the official World of Warcraft Twitter account, David Harbour will be streaming quite a few of them on Twitch at 2:00 PM PST. Maximum, Naguura, Annie Fuchsia, and Larsfest will be joining the Stranger Things star as he takes on the new dungeons of Dragonflight.

The precise role composition of this team is unknown, but David Harbour used to play a Night Elf Protection Warrior called Norad back in the day, serving as his raiding guild's off-tank. While he may not necessarily reprise his role in Dragonflight, there is something strangely fitting about the actor playing the tough Chief of Police Hopper being a Protection Warrior main in World of Warcraft. It's quite possible that Harbour will want to showcase the new Evoker Hero class, which has become a very flashy addition to the tapestry of classes in World of Warcraft.

This stream is hardly the first celebrity-related collaboration that Blizzard Entertainment did for World of Warcraft: Dragonflight, as several famous actors played a part in Dragonflight's pre-launch marketing campaign such as Pedro Pascal. With Blizzard's resources currently being spent on squashing the technical issues that have plagued the new World of Warcraft expansion since release, a dungeon stream with David Harbour may just be the distraction both players and developers need.

World of Warcraft: Dragonflight is available now on PC.
