During the World of Warcraft dungeon runs with Naguura on Twitch, famous actor David Harbour mentioned that he was an avid enjoyer of Asmongold's streams. Known for his role as Jim Hopper in Stranger Things on Netflix, Harbour is also a huge video game enthusiast to the point that his World of Warcraft gaming started to interfere with his acting job in the past. This time around, with the help of Blizzard Entertainment, David Harbour was able to relax and mix his hobbies with work, as he undertook a journey through the new dungeons of Dragonflight with Naguura, Maximum, and other famous World of Warcraft content creators.

Though Asmongold did not participate in the event, he had nonetheless watched the stream and was enjoying his return to World of Warcraft after a long hiatus during Shadowlands. Now famous for playing games such as Final Fantasy 14 and Elden Ring on top of Blizzard's flagship MMO, Asmongold has transcended past his World of Warcraft roots and established himself as an extremely successful streamer with a global following.

As revealed in the official Dragonflight stream held yesterday, it would seem that David Harbour is part of that following, and has likely been a part for a very long time. The Stranger Things actor gave a shout-out to Asmongold's Twitch channel by referencing the latter's obsession and savant-like knowledge of transmogrification appearances. The mount and outfit competitions held by Asmongold helped many World of Warcraft subscribers get through some of the darkest periods of the game.

It didn't take long for Asmongold to respond back, as the Twitch streamer typed out a hearty "TELL DAVID I LOVE HIM" message during the live broadcast. Given David Harbour's genuine love for the game, it would be an amusing series of circumstances if he ended up participating or possibly even co-hosting a transmogrification competition with Asmongold in the future. Among the bolder suggestions from his audience, some also mentioned in half-jest that this could lead to Asmongold having a small cameo in the final season of a certain Netflix show – and while it's unlikely – stranger things have happened for the World of Warcraft streamer of late.

Asmongold's enthusiasm for Dragonflight has been apparent, as the brutally honest voice in the World of Warcraft community stated that he felt the expansion took a major leap forward compared to Shadowlands and Battle for Azeroth. Though it had a messy launch, Blizzard is well on track to polish up the technical issues of Dragonflight and open its inaugural Mythic season on December 12.
