Sorcery builds in Dark Souls 3 are capable of unleashing immense devastation with the right build and spell, however, life for a mage isn't easy. They're pretty squishy, so they need all the help that they can get to maximize each attack and maneuver in order to achieve victory.
Prolonged battles never favor casting builds, as they can't take as many hits as other kinds, and also can run out of FP if combat persists for too long. Hidden Blessing
As the FP equivalent to the Diving Blessing, which fully restores HP, there are a few Hidden Blessings scattered around the game. The first one that can be acquired is when creating a character, as one can be selected as a burial gift starting item.
Being able to instantly restore one's entire FP bar is something that could be a life-saver in protracted battles, however, since Hidden Blessings are so few and far in between (only 4 in the entire game), they should be stockpiled and saved for an emergency.
Sage's Ring
In the item description, the Sage's Ring is said to have been given to the Undead Legion by one of the Crystal Sage twins, likely the one that appears as a boss in the early-game. It makes sense according to the lore since all the sorceries relating to Farron and the Undead Legion prioritize speed, much like how the Abyss Watchers do for melee battle.
When equipped, this blue band vastly shortens casting time; to the equivalent of 30 Dexterity! A must-have for players who are facing faster, more agile foes.
Darkmoon Ring
This useful item, which can be acquired as a rank 1 covenant reward from the Blades of the Darkmoon, provides the wearer with 2 additional attunement slots, allowing the Ashen One to equip more spells at a bonfire.
The Darkmoon Ring easily eclipses the other rings that grant additional attunement slots: the Saint's Ring and the Deep Ring; due to each only giving 1 more slot.
Dusk Crown Ring
Found in the dark and dank Irithyll Dungeon, players will have a frightful time collecting this one. It is found in one of the large cells adjacent to the lower area's open room full of jailors. Be wary, as grabbing it will cause a corpse to screech, causing the red-hot iron-wielding foes to rush into the room.
When equipped, the Dusk Crown Ring reduces the FP cost of all spells by a generous 25%, meaning that more blasts of elemental energy can be unleashed. The trade-off is that it reduces one's max HP by 15%.
Magic Clutch Ring
In a central area of Irithyll of the Boreal Valley, among multiple pontiff knight and fire witch enemies, there is an illusory wall to one side that conceals a great boon for sorcerers: the Magic Clutch Ring.
After the Ashen One puts on this delicate trinket, their magic attack increases by 15% in PvE and 8% in PvP. However, it also reduces damage reduction to physical, strike, slash, and thrust damage by 10% in PvE and 15% in PvP, so use this one carefully.
Ashen Estus Ring
Before one sets off to fight Champion Gundyr in the Untended Graves, be sure to backtrack to the area where one starts the game in the present-time version of this location, the Cemetary of Ash. Here, they will find some corvian enemies hanging out around an item that mages will want: the Ashen Estus Ring.
This gray ring improves how much FP is recovered every time the Ashen One drinks from their Ashen Estus Flask by a significant 20%.
Ashen Estus Flask
Almost impossible to miss as it is found very soon after one starts the game, the Ashen Estus Flask restores one's FP just like how the original orange one replenishes HP. Both are upgraded simultaneously as well, which is convenient.

Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring
This peerless tool for sorcerers can be found in Irithyll Dungeon, therefore casters should be sure to grab the Jailbreaker's Key and open up the cell where one can find it. With the image of Seath the Scaleless upon it, the Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring is appropriately useful to sorcerers.
