There are a total of 17 Cyberpsycho Sightings to complete in Cyberpunk 2077, and each one centers around taking down a miniboss. However, that is not the end of the story with these gigs, as players will often need to send some information to Regina before they are marked as complete. For those Cyberpunk 2077 fans that may be unclear on exactly how to send that information, this guide will provide all of the details that they need.

To put things simply, players will use the phone in Cyberpunk 2077 to send information to Regina, and that device can be accessed with the input that is displayed at the bottom left corner of the screen. Upon pressing this input, fans will be taken to a list of their contacts, and they should now highlight Regina Jones and choose to "Open Messages." This will bring players to yet another screen where they will need to zero in on a message from Regina that has the same name as the Cyberpsycho Sighting that is being worked on.

To the right of the message list, Cyberpunk 2077 fans will now see a a blue message that describes the situation, and clicking on it will send the details along to Regina. This will prompt a response, and it will mark the end of the Cyberpsycho Sighting. This will be confirmed directly in-game when the player exits out of their messages, as they will receive immediate indication that they have completed the gig and received some new items.

With the details on how to send the information to Regina confirmed, it is worth mentioning that Cyberpsycho Sightings do not need to be completed in order to beat Cyberpunk 2077. That said, players that are going for a Platinum trophy will need to tackle these tasks, as they are associated with several lesser achievements. Those are the I Am the Law trophy, which requires completion of all Cyberpsycho Sightings, and the trophies that focus on completing gigs.

Even still, there is not a great deal of urgency when it comes to finishing Cyberpsycho Sightings, as they are unmissable. That means that players can wait until after they have completed the main story to take on these gigs, at which point they can be found in free roam. However, these tasks are fairly easy ways to earn rewards, like money in Cyberpunk 2077, and fans are thus advised to take the opportunities when they come.

Cyberpunk 2077 is available now on PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One, with PS5 and Xbox Series X versions coming in 2021.
