The Thorton Mackinaw Saguaro is a unique Nomad variant of the Mackinaw truck. This vehicle was added to Cyberpunk 2077 alongside Patch 1.5. Returning players should check if they have met the requirements to unlock it. The truck is similar in performance to Claire's Mackinaw Beast. Players can use this tough and sturdy vehicle for offroading in the desert Badlands around the outskirts of Night City.
There's no reason to follow the roads when driving the Saguaro, and it can come in handy for participating in the offroad races. How to Unlock the Mackinaw Saguaro Nomad Truck
Complete All Of Dakota Smith's Gigs
Dakota Smith Aldecado tribe of Nomads residing in the Badlands outside Night City. She acts as V's primary fixer for all jobs located in the Badlands areas. V will receive a call from her once the player has driven outside the city. From then on Dakota will send V jobs and vehicles for sale via text messages and phone calls. She can be spoken to in person at her garage located east of the city.
Players need to finish every gig in the Badlands to get the Saguaro. Most of her missions will involve fighting the violent Wraiths gangs and Militech Mercenaries that terrorize the desert. V may need to upgrade their weapons and level up to take on these enemies. The following list contains all the required Gigs. After each tier of missions is completed the next will be unlocked.

Complete Every Grain of Sand
Once players have finished Dakota Smith's gigs she will send V a text thanking them for all they've done. This text will start the "Every Grain of Sand" side mission. Dakota will give the Saguaro to V as a reward.
Follow the objective to the Megabuilding H10 parking structure. Drive up to the first floor or use the elevator down the hall from V's apartment. The truck will be parked there. Enter it to unlock and drive the Saguaro. It will automatically be entered into V's phone, so it can be called when needed.
