Trauma Team hasn't really made any significant appearances in Cyberpunk 2077 outside of the first mission with Jackie and a few other minor encounters. Yet, players can obtain the signature uniforms worn by their medics as part of a secret quest line of sorts that involves a few cool interactions with the game world.

Trauma Drama minigame in Cyberpunk 2077

In order to get the complete Trauma Team outfit, players must complete Trauma Drama, an arcade game added in Cyberpunk 2.0 that can be played within the game itself. To access it, players need to find and use a Trauma Drama arcade machine from anywhere in Night City. One is conveniently located in the Netrunner store in Kabuki.

Trauma Drama is a 2D action-platformer that pays homage to the Contra series. Here, players assume the role of a Trauma Team medic who must blast through waves of gangers and reach the end of every level to achieve a high score.

The first step of obtaining the Trauma Team outfit is to surpass the Trauma Drama high score of 443000 points. Killing an enemy rewards 200 points, while dying subtracts a whopping 10,000 points from the player's score. There are 18 stages in total, and players need to get a perfect run without dying in order to break the 443K point threshold.

The now-fixed score exploit spot in Cyberpunk 2077's Trauma Drama minigame

As of Patch 2.0.2, Trauma Drama can no longer be cheesed by killing the infinitely respawning enemies in Stage 1-3. The enemies still respawn, but they will no longer grant points when killed.

After getting the high score, players will receive an automated message from Trauma Team inviting them to their unpaid internship. Access the computer in V's apartment and click on the Trauma Team link. On their website, click the "We Want You" button to get an objective marker leading to the Watson Medical Center. The Trauma Team outfit will be waiting at the hospital's main entrance.
