Cyberpunk 2077 has been massively improved after many updates and the release of the Phantom Liberty expansion. Players can expect a far more streamlined and less buggy version of the game. The Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime also did a lot to keep fans of the series excited while waiting for the DLC. The show received enough praise to warrant easter eggs referencing it to be added into the game and the new add-on. These hidden references include weapons and even a unique clothing item.
Players can find David Martinez's yellow jacket from the anime if they know where to look. Completing an optional side job will let them remember David as they make a living in Night City. The following steps will reward players with David's custom jacket in Cyberpunk 2077.
Cyberpunk 2077: How to Change Quickhack Order
Players can change the order of their quickhacks in Cyberpunk 2077. This can make hacking quicker and more convenient for netrunner builds.
Find the Edgerunners BD
Players must find a unique braindance video to begin their quest for the jacket. After players have completed the heist, the whole city will be open for exploration. Find the side job marker on the map that's to the northeast of the stadium. This marker will lead to the H4 Megabuilding in the Arroyo area of the Santo Domingo district. This is the same megabuilding where David lived in the anime.
The marker will lead to a small alley to the right of the closed-off entrance. There will be graffiti on the wall calling back to the emblem on David's jacket, along with a discarded BD wreath in the trash. Pick up the wreath to view a short scene from the Edgerunners show.
Complete "On the Edge" Side Job
V will receive the "On the Edge" side job and a new objective. Use the phone to text El Capitan and ask about David Martinez. He'll ask V to wait a day for more info.
After 24 in-game hours have passed, V will receive a text message from a member of the Edgerunners crew named Falco. He doesn't want to meet V but offers a gift to remember David Martinez.
Pick Up the Edgerunner's Gift
El Capitan will then message V saying that he's received the gift and to come pick it up. Go to the Santo Domingo Dam, where El Capitan can be found next to his car. Pick up David's Jacket from the crate behind him to receive and finish the side job.
