Cyberpunk 2077 is only hours away from being in players' hands, as hype and excitement about the latest title from developer CD Projekt Red has reached fever pitch. Cyberpunk 2077 preloading is well underway for many, and fans far and wide will be diving into Night City soon enough. One of those fans appears to be High School of the Dead manga artist Shoji Sato, who drew up a small comic for a Dragon Age magazine, featuring a great poster image.

One of the most talked up games of 2020, Cyberpunk 2077's dystopian future is a world ablaze with neon lights, featuring technological integration that feels just real enough to be a potential future for our world. It has an aesthetic to it that pulls fans in, and inspires artists to offer up their take on it. Fans can produce some pretty amazing art of their favorite franchises, as seen with pieces of PlayStation crossover art. If a fan happens to be a professional manga artist, the results can be amazing.

Shoji Sato has produced a small comic that follows the life of the main character of Cyberpunk 2077, and while scans of the comic itself have yet to surface, the cover image is making the rounds, and it looks impressive. The image captures the vibe of Night City, with the protagonist gazing out over the flood of neon from a highway overpass. This could be a preview of things to come, as a Cyberpunk 2077 anime has already been announced, with Studio Trigger at the helm and a scheduled release date of somewhere in 2022.

Sato's comic is probably just the tip of the iceberg, as fans will soon get their chance to play Cyberpunk 2077, which will give birth to a wave of fan art. Fans will find favorite characters, pair up potential love interests, and be inspired by the aesthetics of the game to create. Reviews of Cyberpunk 2077 indicate that the game delivers on interesting characters and that the world of Night City is a beautiful place to explore. If the reviews are on the money, then this will give fans a lot to work with for their fan art.

While the game isn't even out yet, it is clear that a great deal of digital ink will be spent discussing, drawing, and dismantling Cyberpunk 2077. It is quite possibly the biggest release of 2020, and with Shoji Sato art, an anime on the way, and think pieces aplenty, the buzz will last for a while.

Cyberpunk 2077 will be available December 10th on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
