Cyberpunk 2o77's undeniably had a bad launch. For many players, the game was too buggy to even try to enjoy. Still, for players that want to go out on the grind, there is a lot of content for them to try to explore. One of these things is to have V do Hustles for the NCPD.

Players who want a chance to get some incredibly impressive loot should consider hunting down all of the Hidden Gems. These tend to be dead bodies or special containers that V can loot to find special items and data shards. These aren't marked on the map and even the official strategy guide has some of them in the wrong places making them hard to find without a bit of help.

NOTE: Let's face the facts, this game is incredibly buggy at the best of times. Unfortunately, this means that sometimes Hidden Gems outright refuse to spawn. Players can attempt to leave the area and wait 24 in-game hours to resolve this issue, but sometimes not even that works. So be sure to be braced for potential disappointment before the hunt begins. Also, as none of these Hidden Gems have names, we will simply be listing them in the order they appear in this article.

12 Hidden Gem 1

Downtown Hidden Gem 1

Players need to head to the Downtown North fast travel point to begin hunting for this Hidden Gem. Players should head down the road, keeping an eye out for a cagelike structure to the left. V can jump up onto the platform it stands on and can get inside if they have a body skill of eight or more. Once inside, players can grab their newfound treasures.

11 Hidden Gem 2

Downtown Hidden Gem 2

Players should begin the hunt for this Hidden Gem by getting between a drop point and where the Gun for Hire gig Guinea Pigs takes place. Players should keep an eye out for a large staircase that leads to a Night City building that looks like a greenhouse with many trees and plants inside. Climb the staircase in that building to find the body with the loot.

10 Hidden Gem 3

Downtown Hidden Gem 3

If players want to find this body to loot, they should take a sharp left after leaving the building Hidden Gem 2 is located in. If they jump down and cross the road, they'll find a gate that requires a body skill of five to open. The body with the lovely loot is stashed away just to the side of a dumpster in the back of the alleyway.

9 Hidden Gem 4

Downtown Hidden Gem 4

Take a left from the gate V broke into grabbing Hidden Gem 4 and take another left upon reaching the street corner. Players need to walk all the way through the tunnel before crossing to the right side of the road and continuing onward.

Just past a dumpster near some cars, there's a gated area that V can access if they have a technical ability of eight. If not, players can climb to get in using terrain nearby. Once inside there are multiple bodies for the player to loot.

8 Hidden Gem 5

downtown night city

Players should head between the drop point just south of the Metro: Downtown - Alexander Street fast travel location and the fixer, Dino Dinovac, nearby. There is a staircase across from the parking garage that players will need to climb before taking a right to get behind a building. Once there, players can grab all the loot their heart's desire. Don't forget to loot the body hidden inside the venting pipe!

7 Hidden Gem 6

night city city center

Players should fast travel to Skyline & Republic as it's the closest fast travel point to this Hidden Gem. Players should run past the large street cleaner and keep going until they reach the end of the road. From here, players should take a left and walk until they see a set of stairs to their left near the water.

If players walk straight ahead they'll see a gate that has a massive body skill requirement to open. However, it's easy to simply go a bit to the right and jump down where there's an easy way to reach the body players need to loot.

6 Hidden Gem 7

Night City Roof

Players should head straight out of where they picked up Hidden Gem 6 and walk down the road. Once they reach the end, players should take a right and keep an eye out for the large King Size sign in an alleyway. Players will need to climb up a set of two stairs in the alleyway to make their way to the bodies they need to loot.

5 Hidden Gem 8

night city city center

Players should begin the search for this Hidden Gem by fast traveling to Skyline & Republic. Playesr should start by turning around and going directly up the staircase behind the fast travel point.

Players need to keep going forward until they see a fenced area to the left. Players can easily climb over the fence but be warned: due to an annoying glitch this fence sometimes gives players fatal fall damage. Once players are safe inside, they can loot the body in a case to collect the goodies they desire.

4 Hidden Gem 9

Downtown Hidden Gem 9

Once more, players should begin their hunt at the Skyline & Republic fast travel point. Players should take a right and keep heading straight until they reach a small set of stairs. Climb up it and keep going until there is scaffolding to V's right. Players will need to climb that scaffolding to find the box full of loot for the taking.

3 Hidden Gem 10

Downtown Hidden Gem 10

Players should fast travel to Gold Beach Marina and turn around to head towards the stairs that lead under the main walkway. There will be a rare baseball bat to V's right if they've gotten to the right place. Players should continue down in the same direction however to find the body with the rest of the loot they are looking for.

2 Hidden Gem 11

Downtown Hidden Gem 11

Players should once again travel to the Gold Beach Marina and take the stairs right next to the fast travel point downward. Once players reach the water, they need to spot a truck that is partially sunk. V needs to dive into the water to get the loot of the deceased driver in the truck.

1 Hidden Gem 12

Downtown Hidden Gem 12

Players need to head to Halsey & MLK to begin the search for this Hidden Gem. Players should jump down directly next to the fast travel point and keep heading straight ahead. Players should take a left where they see a sign with arrows pointing in that direction.

This Hidden Gem can be particularly buggy. Normally, there is an exploded car in the area. However, sometimes the car will appear and not blow up or worse: will spawn on top of the player before exploding and killing them. If V is careful, and a bit lucky, players can grab the loot of the driver of the exploded vehicle.
