Cyberpunk 2077 has a new location to explore in the Phantom Liberty expansion. Dogtown is a chaotic and violent district free from the laws of Night City. The gangs and the new Barghest faction run the dilapidated streets of Dogtown, so be prepared for a fight. This new area is filled with new weapons, clothes, and useful items. There are even new Perk Shards for players to find. Perk Shards give V a free perk point to spend in the skill tree. They are very rare and useful items that only appear in certain places. Cyberpunk 2077: How to Change Quickhack Order
Players can change the order of their quickhacks in Cyberpunk 2077. This can make hacking quicker and more convenient for netrunner builds.
Perk Shard #1
The first perk shard can be found during the "Dog Eat Dog" mission that acts as an introduction to the expansion. This shard is missable as the mission area is closed off after completion. Meet the mysterious Songbird at the Pacifica Stadium, and she will offer V the possibility of fixing the Relic. She will ask V to infiltrate the stadium to get into Dogtown.
Deal with a few guards to get into the garage area. Turn on a generator and follow Songbird onto the elevator. Once the elevator stops Songbird will disappear leaving V to navigate the stadium's underground parking area. The shard is in the trunk of the old car to the left of the elevator. Players can easily get to it if they have the double jump cyberware equipped. They can also jump up from the truck on the bottom level and turn around to reach the car.
Perk Shard #2
Once players are in the stadium they can shop at the large market area. There is a new junk vendor being run by developers of the game in cameo roles.
They deal in BDs that boost skill stats. The sensory deprivation shard is actually a perk shard that costs $17000.
Perk Shard #3
The last shard is hidden well in the Longshore Stacks area. Look for the crates at the end of a small hallway situated underneath the junk vendor.
Walk down this hall and look on the left to see a stack of cardboard boxes.
Shoot these boxes to destroy them and reveal the hidden Perk Shard in a crate.Use a silenced weapon as shooting may alert the nearby Barghest guards.
