As of Update 2.0, players can still punch Fingers and gain access to his clinic, although don’t expect him to be polite about it. • Reduce damage taken and increase Armor

For those who want to be a walking tank, an Integumentary System is a great choice to have, and Pain Editor will allow players to essentially pick and choose what they feel. It may be a slippery slope to becoming a cyberpsycho, but in Night City, everyone needs cutting-edge technology and chrome in order to stand against the crowd and not be the next corpse found in the crematorium.
