To unlock the Mushroom Log, players first need to reach Foraging Mastery Level 6. Do so by cutting trees and gathering items. Once you hit the required level, you will find the recipe for creating Mushroom Logs in the Artisan section of the blueprints.

Building each Mushroom Log requires 25 Wood and 10 Compost. You can get the former by cutting trees, while the latter can be produced using the Compost Bin.

To expedite your progress to Foraging Mastery Level 6 , focus on cutting mature trees on your farm and acquiring Osmium-quality tools. These specific actions yield the highest XP, helping you earn the required 1,540 points as quickly as possible.

How to Use Mushroom Logs

Once you’ve constructed a Mushroom Log, place any type of Mushroom into it. To initiate the reproduction process and receive an additional Mushroom every two days, you can either drag and drop the plant onto the logs, or interact with the item directly while a Mushroom is in your inventory.

To switch the product, choose "Take Mushroom" near a functioning Log. This action will clear the substrate, allowing you to insert another Fungi. You can repeat the process as many times as you wish because there’s no production limit on the Mushroom Logs.

As the title suggests, Sea Mushrooms cannot be harvested in a Mushroom Log.
