Coral Island has both a rich history and a thriving religion that is deeply embedded in the culture of the game. This Malayo-Polynesian-like culture appears to have influenced the style of their buildings, the locals' love of nature and the island itself, and the ways they worship their goddess. But players can also learn more about the ancient culture of this world by digging up artifacts all over the island. These artifacts make great contributions to the museum, helping players fulfill the quest chain of helping Scott to expand the exhibition on display. There are almost 80 of these ancient artifacts for players to fill up their Coral Island inventory with.

How to Find Artifacts in Coral Island

Coral-Island-Arifacts-02

There is only one way to grab up all the artifacts and complete the collection in the museum for Scott, the museum curator, and dateable Coral Island single. Artifacts come from Coffers. Coffers can only be opened by the blacksmith for 20g each. Coffers can be found in:

  • The mine
  • Underwater
  • By digging with the hoe around the farm or the town
  • Quests

Artifacts can be gotten more than once, and they, unfortunately, make terrible gifts. Most townies will hate getting these ancient baubles as presents, so the best thing to do with the extras is to sell them. Thankfully, they are a pretty good source of coins in Coral Island.
