Building up strong Cookies is key to going down the story of Cookie Run Kingdom and coming out victorious in the various battles ahead. In order to get Cookies to level up outside of the experience gotten from stage completion, guild battles, and balloon exploration, players will have to use Star Jellies.

Star Jellies resemble konpeito candy from the real world with their shape and variety of color. These can be commonly found and obtained throughout Cookie Run Kingdom in order to be used on Cookies and provide EXP. They come in different levels with each level providing a different amount of EXP to the Cookie it's given to.

While it's easy to earn Star Jellies from completing stages, recieving rewards from the Fountain of Abundance, and collecting from Cookie Houses, many players are missing out on big ways to get even more Star Jellies. The more Star Jellies a player is able to get, the faster they will be able to level their Cookies up, making it incredibly important to start producing a lot as soon as possible.

Cookie Run Kingdom Cookie Houses

One of the earliest buildings players can construct in their kingdom is the Cookie House. It costs only two pieces of roll cake wood to build, with it only taking five minutes of building time.

After being built, Cookie Houses will start automatically producing level one Star Jellies that players can collect by simply tapping them. Each house has a limit for how many Star Jellies it can hold before it gets too full and stops until the jellies are collected. By leveling up Cookie Houses, more Star Jellies will be produced with a longer time span before the houses get full.

Once a Cookie House reaches level five, players will get access to a small story involving Beet Cookie, Fig Cookie, and Carrot Cookie. Completing it will allow players to combine two Cookie Houses that are at least level five and the same level into a Cookie Mansion. These buildings produce the same amount of Star Jellies as a normal Cookie House, but can hold double the amount of Star Jellies.

Because of the other unique buildings available, it can be easy to forget about Cookie Houses and Cookie Mansions. It is however incredibly important to have as many of these buildings as possible and keep them leveled up. Despite the Star Jellies being produced being only level one, a single Cookie House at its max level can hold up to 214 Star Jellies with a maxed Cookie Mansion holding 428 Star Jellies. Since the current maximum amount of Cookie Houses players can reach in-game is 48, that can give players 143,808 EXP to freely use after just one simple tap.

Kingdom Pass Landmarks

Cookie Run Kingdom Plaza Area

Cookie Houses and Cookie Mansions aren't the only buildings that players can put in their kingdom that produce Star Jellies over time. There are special limited-time landmarks that players can get that naturally give level two Star Jellies every day. These landmarks don't come without a price though.

The Kingdom Pass is a battle pass system available for players in Cookie Run Kingdom. It has rewards that players can work toward throughout different game seasons, but it also has an extra reward path that players can get access to by paying for it.

By paying $4.99 USD, players get access to the Kingdom Pass season's special landmark, additional season rewards, a reduction to Kingdom Arena refresh time, more daily bounty attempts, and a golden profile frame. The majority of the special landmarks gotten from the Kingdom Pass are ones that produce Star Jellies and can be leveled up to produce even more.

Tropical Soda Islands

Cookie Run Kingdom Tropical Soda Rewards

One of the other game modes available in Cookie Run Kingdom is the Tropical Soda Islands. This mode has players use Map Fragments and Caramel Spyglasses in order to explore new regions within the Tropical Soda Islands and liberate the invaded villages they come across.

There are five types of islands that players can find in this mode. They are:

Island

Reward

Coconut Island

180 Coins per hour

Mangosteen Island

Six level one Star Jellies per hour

Pineapple Island

One Stamina Jelly per four hours

Watermelon Island

One Crystal per two hours

Rainbow Soda Island

Increases area of exploration in the Tropical Soda Islands

By liberating a lot of islands, these rewards can quickly add up. Like the Cookie Houses and Cookie Mansions though, these rewards can only be accumulated for a certain amount of time before the ship delivering these rewards gets full. Players can claim their rewards every eight hours, giving players a good boost depending on how many islands they have saved througout their travels.

Tower of Sweet Chaos

Cookie Run Kingdom Tower of Sweet Chaos

The Tower of Sweet Chaos is another alternate mode that players can unlock after completing stage 4-12 in the main story. Instead of Stamina Jellies, players can challenge the different trays of the tower by using Searing Keys. These keys regenerate at a base rate of one key every hour.

As this game mode requires players to go up against much more difficult challenges than usual, the rewards for completing trays are often much better than the rewards in the main story. This means that there are plenty of Star Jellies of different levels being offered as tray rewards and prizes inside special chests.

Even if players get stuck on a certain tray, players can still use their keys to replay previous trays and get more high value Star Jellies. This is a great way to gain resources and prevent the Searing Keys counter from maxing out, wasting possible Tower plays.
