Cookie Run Kingdom’s Frost Queen Cookie is a Legendary Magic cookie that places itself in the middle of the party in order to remain protected by the front while casting magic at all targets. Frost Queen Cookie was made available in part one of the Frost Witch and the Lantern in the Snow update. Seen as cruel, due to her harsh demeanor and strict morals, Frost Queen Cookie remains fair and just in her maintenance of what is right and wrong.

Once known as Frost Cookie, Frost Queen Cookie's role in Cookie Run Kingdom quickly changed after her passing due to frost illness. Upon returning to the world in Cookie Run Kingdom, Frost Queen Cookie took on her new role and maintained the will of nature, the very thing that led to her demise.

Frost Queen Cookie can be a lethal member of the team if properly equipped with the correct tools. She brings plenty of HP and Attack power, and has a Crystal Jam that can make her exponentially stronger when adjusted. However, if players wish to bring out Frost Queen Cookie's true power, Toppings are a must.

Frost Queen Cookie earns her Legendary status, as she is one of the strongest Magic cookies in Cookie Run Kingdom. Her ability, Freezing Squall, casts an Ice-type attack that freezes all enemies on the field and gives them Frozen debuffs. While frozen, the enemies' cooldown is completely stopped, rendering them unable to attack. Not only is Frost Queen Cookie immune to the Frozen status, but when the ability is activated, she is also immune to interrupting effects.

  • Single Hit DMG: Base 67.8% - Max 127.7%
  • Freeze: 2.0 seconds
  • DMG After Freeze: 271.2% of ATK; targets resistant to Freezing receive only 70.0% of DMG (Max - 510.8%)
  • Frost: Enemies hit by Freezing Squall are affected with -10.0% ATK SPD, Freeze DMG +140.0% (capped at 350%) for 20 seconds

Coins are a crucial currency used to upgrade cookies and buildings in Cookie Run Kingdom. Here’s how you can earn them.

Swift Chocolate Build

Frost-Queen-Toppings-Cookie

Swift Chocolate is the ideal topping to build Frost Queen Cookie around, as its main priority is to reduce a cookie's cooldown. Frost Queen Cookie's Freezing Squall and Crystal Jam ability are devastating attacks that players will want to use often, and bringing down the cooldown as much as possible will guarantee multiple hits in one battle.

Since Frost Queen Cookie's defense is her biggest flaw, packing in some DMG Resist as a secondary substat is ideal, as it will keep her in play for as long as possible. Other secondary stats to consider are CRIT%, to land powerful blows that do more damage, and CRIT Resist, which goes hand-in-hand with DMG Resist.

Any Swift Chocolate topping will do with these substats boosted, and using five in the grid will provide Frost Queen Cookie with an additional 5% cooldown decrease. Consider the Frosted Crystal Swift Chocolate, as these special Toppings have a better chance at increasing favorable stats.

If Frost Queen Cookie's main ability wasn't enough for players, her Crystal Jam skill, Eternal Frost, is sure to leave all enemies caught in its blast frozen in fear. The attack sends a blizzard at all enemies on the field, causing Frost upon the final hit, and granting Frost Queen Cookie immunity against ATK Speed changes. Here is a full breakdown of Eternal Frost's abilities.

  • (Rally Effect) Team's Ice-type DMG: +30% (+40% at Level 30)
  • Freeze: 35.0% chance when all allies deal Ice-type DMG to a Frost target Freeze Duration - 1.0 second
