Between collector's editions and special memorabilia, fans of The Legend of Zelda have plenty of merchandise to choose from. The latest addition to the ever-expanding list of collectibles is looking to be one of the best Link figures gamers can buy.

The Link figure is a Figma, produced by the Good Smile Company and Max Factory. The Figma, pictured below, is a fantastic reproduction of Link's appearance in The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. To properly represent one of the most popular games for the Nintendo 3DS, Max Factory is releasing two versions of the Link Figma.

The standard edition includes Link's iconic Master Sword, Hylian Shield, and multiple swappable face plates with different facial expressions. The standard Link Figma will be available starting in August retailing at $39.

The deluxe edition, which will retail at $47, will include everything that the standard release contains, as well as extra weapons and items. In total, the deluxe edition will include a bomb, Tornado Rod, Hookshot, a green rupee, a pot, and a baby Maimai. The deluxe edition will also include swappable hands that can hold all of Link's equippable items.

Considering that the vast majority of figurines that have been released over the years for the Zelda series, including the Majora's Mask Skull Kid and the Wolf Link Amiibo haven't been posable, it's a nice option for gamers who want to emulate their favorite scenes from the Zelda series. Figma figures are often upheld as some of the best posable action figures around, as every joint in the action figures are articulated, allowing for an extremely wide range of poses. Some Zelda fans may be familiar with the line, as it's not the first time a Figma has been based off The Legend of Zelda; another Link Figma was previously released based off his design from Skyward Sword.

With any kind of luck, some additional characters from TheLegend of Zelda will appear as posable action figures in the near future. Seeing Figma based off of Zelda herself, Sheik, or Ganondorf would undoubtedly be welcome additions to the collections of many gamers. It's also possible that gamers may eventually be able to buy a Figma based off Link's appearance in the upcoming Legend of Zelda for Wii U.
