Clash Royale fans are always eagerly awaiting the release of new cards and Season 59 Magic Mayhem had plenty in store for fans, with the release of an interesting one. The fact that it was a spell card was something that was more surprising for the fanbase, considering that it's been quite a while since the game last received a spell card.

As with the other launches, players can also take part in a dedicated challenge in Clash Royale to celebrate the launch of the card and earn some exciting rewards. The event runs between May 10th and May 13th and here are the best decks players should use as part of the Void Launch Challenge.

This deck has an average Elixir cost of 4.3, so it is not one of the fast-cycle spammy decks that many players use. Instead, the strategy with this one should be to slowly build up the play and wait for the double elixir part to kick in. Why this is crucial is because a good offensive push with this build is almost unbeatable, but that needs quite a bit of elixir, considering the fact that the Lava Hounds seven elixir cost dominates it.

For defense, there are quite a few cards players can rely on. Firstly, for countering aerial threats, Mega Minion and Skeleton Dragons are going to be the go-to cards. The Tombstone is quite a versatile one, acting as a distraction for aerial and ground units, buying players some more valuable time to get to Mega Minions and Skeleton Dragons while chipping in their own damage at the same time.

The other extremely useful card that is probably going to be the best option for ground threats are Barbarians. This, again, is an extremely versatile card that is going to counter heavy tanks as well as attackers. The only thing players should be wary of is a nasty Fireball or other spell, so it is crucial to play cards like the Tombstone first to bait out the spell instead.

After the slow buildup phase, players can unleash their full attack when they think they are at a significant elixir advantage or preferably during double elixir mode. To start off, players can drop the Lava Hound at the very back to gain some elixir by the time the Lava Hound reaches the other end and pair it with cards like the Balloon. Players can bluff their opponent by not revealing the Balloon and using other air units such as the Mega Minion or Skeleton Dragons to support the Lava Hound as it would bait out the spells.

Last but not least, there are the spells. Fireball is going to be crucial for a number of scenarios, so it is extremely crucial to not just waste the card on a unit which can be tackled by other cards. However, the biggest star of the deck is going to be the Void spell, which makes this deck extremely powerful. The Void spell's efficacy in taking out multiple enemies ensures that players can deal with spammy decks much better, which can be a threat against this Lavaloon deck. Additionally, it can also prove to be helpful in offense, taking out any hard defensive attackers that can make the Lava Hound inefficient.
