How to Get the Rocket Spear in Clash Of Clans

The Rocket Spear is a new piece of Hero Equipment wielded by the Royal Champion to attack the base defenses. The nature of the equipment is quite self-explanatory: it is a spear attached to a rocket, improving its range and damage per second. The Royal Champion uses this to inflict damage to enemy defenses from a distance. The Rocket Spear can be bought in the Super Wall Breaker Spotlight event for 3,100 coins.

Fear the Rocket Spear is a challenge in the Wild West season, a paid update of Clash of Clans. In this challenge, the players are given a fixed line-up of troops and all characters are updated to their max strength to ensure fair play. The army composition for this challenge is:

Many players have found it hard to triple the Fear the Rocket Spear Challenge because of its fixed army composition and multiple Inferno Towers. But don't worry; here's a step-by-step guide to help you ace it:

Ground the Grand Warden and Cast Your Initial Spells

The first thing you need to do is to set your Grand Warden to Ground mode. Next, cast two spells. The first is the Earthquake Spell, which should be cast on the second Inferno Tower from the bottom to inflict damage to all four Inferno Towers and the Bomb Tower. The other is the Overgrowth Spell, which should be cast on X-Bow’s center to compromise the base defenses.

Introduce the Royal Champion and Wall Breaker

Now, it’s time to send in the Royal Champion to the left of the Bomb Tower. Use her Seeking Shield Hero Equipment, followed by the much-awaited Rocket Spear, to deal maximum damage to the base. Deploy Wall Breaker on the northwest side of the base near Builder’s Hut to make way for your troops.

Attack Through the Broken Wall

It’s time to launch your King, Queen, Electro Titan, and two Ice Golems through the broken wall. You can choose to cast a Poison Spell centrally to support your troops. Activate the Spiky Ball Hero Equipment when your Barbarian King reaches the Multi-target Inferno Tower. Use the Earthquake Spell, if necessary, to damage the Ricochet Cannon and the two X-Bows. Send all your Hog Riders to the second Bomb Tower that you encounter.

Deploy the Grand Warden and the Apprentice Warden

Now deploy both the Grand Warden and Apprentice Warden strategically. Their healing abilities are important for getting 3 stars, so make sure to use them carefully. Activate the Healing Spell once your troops are between the two Multi-target Inferno Towers.

Beware of the giant bombs laid near the center of the base. The Freeze Spell may also come in handy to freeze the Inferno Towers. And use the second Healing Spell when the first one begins to wear off.

Deliver the Final Blow

Sneak in the Headhunters from the east when the Wardens have cast their Healing Spell, and deploy the second Wall Breaker to make way for the Sneaky Goblins and Archers. If the Barbarian King needs some help with the Builder’s Huts, deploy Archers to help him. Lastly, you can use the Queen’s ability to destroy base defenses and secure a 3-Star attack.
