In a new social media post, Chris Evans shared a photo of himself and his fellow 'family' cast members on the set of Apple TV Plus' romantic adventure film Ghosted.

Apple TV Plus' Ghosted was pitched to Skydance Studios by comedy/action script-writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, known for Deadpool and Zombieland. Director Dexter Fletcher is the actor-turned-director known for his masterpieces, Rocketman and Bohemian Rhapsody. Ghosted started production a couple of months ago and is currently filming in Atlanta and Washington DC. However, details of the plot are still under wraps. Starring alongside Evans is No Time to Dieactress Ana de Armas, and Academy Award winner Adrien Brody joined the project just before filming began. Mike Moh, Amy Sedaris, Lizzie Broadway, Tim Blake Nelson, and Tate Donovan have also joined the cast.

Gaining over 3 million likes, Evans' post shows the actor with de Armas' arm wrapped around him, sitting opposite Broadway, Donovan, and Sedaris, all looking like one happy family. Director Fletcher is also tagged in the photo but is nowhere to be found. Like all of his pictures related to the film, Evans has tagged the movie in the caption - getting fans excited before a trailer has even dropped. The cast appears to be sitting around a dinner table where they may be acting out a scene that involves a roast dinner, and the crew is sat behind with cameras at the ready.

Initially, Scarlett Johansson was set to join Evans on Ghosted, but due to scheduling conflicts with other projects, Johansson had to back out, leading to de Armas joining the Apple TV Plus production. De Armas and Evans have worked together on Knives Out, where the two have shown that they make an exciting duo with incredible on-screen chemistry, which further raises anticipations. However, fans don't have to be disappointed in not getting Evans and Johansson together. The Marvel stars are teaming up to work on another Apple TV Plus film called Project Artemis, directed by Jason Bateman.

Because the plot is still a secret, there is not much else to know about the film. However, with so many great people working on the project, including Fletcher, Reese, and Wernick, the film is bound to be hilarious and packed full of heated action. It will be interesting to see what details we find out in the future as production continues - hopefully, Evans will post more photos to Instagram.

Ghosted will be released exclusively on Apple TV Plus.
