Despite the ups and downs seen in recent years, the Call of Duty Zombies community is incredibly loyal to the mode, with many continuing to show their love for the older content. One item that is synonymous with every Treyarch Zombies mode is the Ray Gun, and one Call of Duty fan recently made a replica of it.

Obviously, this is not the first CoD Zombies-related replica fans have made, as many of the series’ most iconic items have been reconstructed by fans. If gamers search online, it will not take long to see all the standout replicas that the community has made. Custom Time Bombs from Buried and specially made perk bottles are just the tip of the iceberg. Gamers have also built their own versions of the Wunderwaffe DG-2, the Thundergun, and the elemental staves from the iconic map Origins.

Obviously, there have been many Ray Gun replicas as well. As such, it takes a lot to make one stand out, though Reddit user NickBrick did just that. Their username is fitting considering that their Ray Gun build was made entirely out of LEGO bricks, with the fan nailing every aspect of their specially made weapon. Despite its unique and complex design, the LEGO version of the Ray Gun captures the full aesthetic of Call of Duty Zombies’ most recognizable weapon.

Getting a good look at the images shared by the Redditor is worthwhile, as there are a lot of details to appreciate on this custom build. The Redditor nailed the unique, plus-sign iron sights of the Wonder Weapon, with everything from the lightning bolt to the small switch on the Ray Gun’s side also being visible. The fan even made the unique, power cell ammo of the Ray Gun by stacking some circular studs on top of each other, with the blue and yellow ammo matching what fans see when they reload in-game.

However, the fan goes above and beyond in two areas. The first is that this Wonder Weapon lights up, as there seems to be a proper light source near the front of the weapon - ensuring that the LEGO Ray Gun looks ready to fire. The other excellent touch is that NickBrick’s Ray Gun has a Mystery Box stand that is also made completely out of LEGOs. Not only is a light coming out of the Mystery Box, making it look like the player just got the weapon from it, but a small teddy bear and Monkey Bomb are visible inside of the Mystery Box as well.

With LEGO perk machines shared in the past, there could be a new replica trend forming within the Call of Duty Zombies community. With how amazing this Ray Gun looks, more replicas in this style would surely be exciting to see.
