Fans of the popular free to play mode Call of Duty: Warzone saw an influx of new content and fixes inside of the recent season 4 release. Coming off of the major Verdansk map overhaul in Season 3, this latest content drop isn't quite as substantial as that event. In addition to more subtle map changes, Season 4 also sees a new Gulag, an operator known as Jackal, new vehicles, as well as new weapons and scorestreaks like the Hand Cannon.

However, following this new seasonal update, Call of Duty: Warzone has been unable to shed its reputation for being rife with bugs and other issues. While Raven continues to release updates to better improve the experience, glitches and bugs continue to be found, impacting matches. A major issue seems to be lag spikes that have seemingly come out of nowhere following the Season 4 update. Not only that, the much maligned cargo trucks are now back in the spotlight thanks to a brand new bug having a major impact on matches once again.

Inside of the Call of Duty: Warzone subReddit, one player posts a short clip of what happened to them when going up against another player in a cargo truck. After eliminating an enemy on foot, the player sees a cargo truck barreling towards their position. Without any sort of anti-vehicle equipment on hand, or having the time to equip and fire it off, the player attempts to escape the situation by jumping through a nearby window. Unfortunately, they can't quite make it in time and pay the price by being knocked down.

However, upon getting hit by the truck, something strange occurred during the match. It can be hard to see, but looking at the minimap, once the player is hit by the truck, they're seemingly sent to a completely different part of the map. While the player has a self revive on hand, the unfortunate truth is that getting struck by the vehicle sent them far out of the safe zone into the deadly gas. Getting back up is only temporary as the gas slowly does them in, with no way to escape it in time. It's unknown if this glitch is related specifically to cargo trucks, but fans certainly believe that based on all of the other issues these vehicles have had in the past.

Truck teleporting isn't the only strange things going on in Verdansk these days as another odd glitch has been making the rounds as well. Players around the Karst Salt Mine have discovered a inconspicuous door that is proving to be incredibly deadly to players that touch it. Anyone attempting to use the door or coming into contact with it results in them getting downed instantly regardless if the player is already weak or wearing a full stack of plates. It's not the first time an inanimate object has started downing players and based on the game's track record, likely not the last.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
