Activision has dropped a trailer showcasing the new items coming alongside the Season 4 Call of Duty: Warzone Battle Pass. The 100-tier Battle Pass contains a host of new content, including an Operator and new weapons- as well as a collection of new skins. The pass will also be valid for sister title Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.

The new Legendary Operator Jackal takes the fore in the new Battle Pass, with the prospect of an Ultra skin for the character acting as the tier-100 capstone reward. We've already seen a bit of the new operator in prior previews as well as in the game's tie-in cinematic content, outlining Jackal as a merciless and brutal mercenary.

There was also some close-ups on the Call of Duty: Warzone's  new weapons, focusing in on the MG 38 LMG and C58 Assault Rifle. As is customary with Call of Duty: Warzone's Battle Pass system, there are a few skins for the weapons included along the progression track, so dedicated players won't have to worry about having a drab appearance while they get to grips with the new weaponry on offer.

The MG38 LMG is touted as a high-power, high-capacity weapon- though this will likely translate to the weapon possessing quite a kick, so players will want to take some notes on how to dampen recoil. The C58 Assault Rifle on the other hand is a more balanced affair, claiming a longer-ranged focus to other Assault Rifles, while retaining the close-range flexibility common to weapons of its class.

The Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 Battle Pass is also going to include a variety of other skins for pre-existing weapons and operators. This is in addition to 1300 COD Points found throughout the pass, with which to purchase further items from the in-game store, which could come in handy given Warzone'splethora of bizarre skins.

It's also worth noting for generous players that there will be the option to buy the pass for friends, so dedicated teams will be able to move through the new content together and receive the same rewards. With rumors of a new map heading to Call of Duty: Warzone soon, there will be ample opportunity to flex the new cosmetics to new opponents in new locales soon.

The pass as a whole drops for Call of Duty: Cold War June 15, and Call of Duty: Warzone on June 16, so players won't be waiting long at all to get their hands on the new pass- aside from the wait for Call of Duty: Warzone's hefty update to download, of course.

Call of Duty: Warzone is out now on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
